Let me start by saying we went to this house with 4 adults and 4 children ages 1, 2, 3, and 4. This is a great place. Super clean, the owners were friendly and met us there on check in. There are 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds one with 2 twins that can hold a child up to 100lbs. There is a futon in a walkthrough room and a sleeper in the living room. The beach is sandy and large, though not very private. They neighbors were great though so we didn't have any issues. The water is filled with river rocks, they are smooth but can be a little bothersome to your feet so you should bring water shoes. Other then that the water is very very clean. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the livingroom/kitchen area. So you don't really need fans. Also the lake give a very strong breeze so its a little cooler then you may expect...pack long sleeve t-shirts for the morning. Oh also there is a state forest down the street if you drive through there at 7ish you can see a ton of wildlife, you just need to be patient..the kids loved it. I would strongly recommend this property
