Enjoy nature views, gorgeous sunsets, and a peek-a-boo view of the Ocean from just out the French doors on your tiled tower deck. The third floor tower is complete with granite wet bar, refrigerator, twin sofa bed, and flat screen TV with DVD. Bring your own wireless computer and connect to the internet anywhere in the house. This house is brand new and professionally decorated for beauty and comfort.
On the second floor retreat to the Master Bedroom with a 37in Flat Screen TV with DVD, walk in closet, and a private balcony overlooking your own pristine nature preserve. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub set in a bay window with duel shower heads, one rain and the other standard, travertine and stone, wood custom cabinets with a tower cabinet separating the lavatories round out your spa experience. Completing this floor are two more bedrooms with flat screen TV's and DVD's, an additional full bath, and a fully equipped laundry room.
Enter at ground level to 9 foot ceilings on tile floors which continue thru the dining, kitchen, full bath and a great room featuring two leather sofas (one is a sofa bed) and a 60in flat screen HDTV. Then out the french doors to a full porch with fans and again the nature preserve which protects your privacy in the back yard. The downstairs queen bedroom enjoys wood floors, a 32in flat screen HDTV with DVD, a private porch, and direct access to the bathroom.
This home is only minutes from the beautiful Seacrest Beach on the Florida Gulf Coast with free tram service both directions (tram available from March 12th thru Oct 4th only) and a short drive to the restaurants, shopping malls, outlet malls, and cinemas of Destin, Sandestin, and Panama City. 3.5 miles to Panama City Beach including Publix, Winn Dixie, pharmacies, and many other stores and shops. Two miles to the nearest gas and convenience store and 1/2 mile to Rosemary Beach, home of many festivals throughout the year. Enjoy plenty of outdoor activities, including bike rentals, available nearby as well.

My husband and I built this beach house in Seacrest because of the wonderful community and great location. Seacrest is one of the most beaufiful places on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

It is a wonderful place to relax. It's close proximity to both the beautiful community pool and wind and surf of the Gulf Coast is a pleasure to experience. For us, it is a place to rest and rejuvenate. Nothing has been overlooked in this beach home concerning both comfort and enjoyment. We love our Seacrest Beach Retreat and know that you will to.

My husband has been a builder and business owner most of his adult life while I have been a cosmotologist, interior decorator, and real estate agent. Like everyone, we stay busy all the time. So it is important to us to take time to rest and relax now and then.

We had an awesome time in the house. It is so fun and relaxing here. It is a really nice subdivision and everyone is really friendly! We went to the beach alot .... For the last three days the waves were huge. The pool was amazing. I think it was the giggest one I have ever seen! We went shopping alot. My favorite stores were Molly Carolines (avera bradley store), and Dawson's Frozen yogurt stand. I think every one that reads this should try it -- It is so good! This was our 6th year at the Seacrest neighborhood and this is by far the best house we've stayed at. It is so beautiful and works so well for a big family. Sunsets were beautiful from the tower deck. Cooking was pleasure in the incredible kitchen. The wooded area in the back yard made sitting on the porch a delight. We could hear music from a concert going on while sitting out there. We only have two suggestions to make to make our return visit even better next summer: Rocking chairs for the porches and a sitting chair for reading in the huge master bedroom, so you don't have to sit on the bed to read or watch TV. Jellyfish were everywhere, but the beach was still fun and pontoon boat rental at St. Andrews state Park were great. Sea screamer boat ride remains our favorite!
