  • Linens Provided: Plenty of linens with spare sets. All towels and kitchen utensils included. Well-stocked!
  • Garage: Covered garage with reserved parking located directly under the unit (condo) with direct access to the elevator which opens right in front of main entrance to condo.
  • Elevator: Brand new elevator located directly by the reserved parking space in the garage. Elevator is located within 10 feet of the front door to the condo and within 20 feet of reserved parking space -- all under cover.

  • King Bed: Brand new king-sized bed in master with walk-in closet. French doors create private master bedroom and bath. Two separate sinks with vanity mirrors in a luxury, spacious master bath.
  • Queen Bed: 3 queen beds with quality bedding in 2 bedrooms with plenty of room and ample closet space.
  • Convertible Bed: 2 double beds in form of "hide-a-bed" couches in living room accommodate extra guests. The unit sleeps 8 with queen or king-sized mattress & 12 if utilizing double sized hide-a-bed couches in main living area.

  • Cable/Satellite TV: Comcast digital cable TV throughout the condo. 4 total TVs with cable and DVD players. Plenty of channels and wonderful with 50-inch SONY HD TV in main living area -- plenty of seating too.

  • Shared Hot Tub: Property is working on community hot tub. Can't guarantee hot tub at this time, but 2 large semi-private pools with beautiful new paver's and pool furniture make up for this.
  • Shared Pool: Semi-private pool is located just below this unit. Semi-private, large pool is directly below kitchen balcony and huge lanai patio. The main pool in the complex is a unique ocean-front pool overlooking the gulf. See incredible sunsets, dolphins and wildlife from the comfort of this large pool area. Not many ocean front pools like this & just 200 feet from back of this condo. Lanai has back stairs leading directly to pools and beach.

  • Full Kitchen: Kitchen is brand new, fully stocked with SS appliances, granite counter tops and spacious. Sit at one of 4 stools at the kitchen counter, eat at breakfast nook table looking at the gulf, or take advantage of the large gathering table for eats.
  • Cooking Utensils Provided: All the cooking utensils you could desire. Blender too.
  • Refrigerator: New large stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker.

  • Balcony: Balcony outside breakfast nook. Approximately 4 feet x 8 feet.
  • Lanai: Lanai or patio -- it's big, tiled, covered with all the seating you need. Dimensions approximately 10 ft. x 20 ft. Table and 5 chairs, 2 loungers, side tables and decorative lighting stand.

  • Beach View: You can see the ocean from the patio, the living room and the kitchen. However, there is a building directly in front of condo. View is considered partial ocean view. No more than a few hundred feet from surf.
  • Oceanfront: The beach is approximately 200 feet from the condo with private access. via a large new wooden deck and only 12 stairs to surf.
  • Ocean View: You can definitely see the ocean from the condo, but one building in front and some trees obstruct view. You won't be disappointed, but you won't see ocean directly in front of back lanai. Side views of gulf.

Most modern, large and desirable location on Manasota Key. Fishing is outstanding from beach on-site, the bay or via local fishing charters. Jet-skis, kayaks, boats and water sport providers right down the street. Great local eateries and large stores like Wal-Mart, Publix (grocery) just across island bridge -- within 5 minutes. The advantage of Manasota is it's privacy by way of being an island key just minutes from mainland. Have dinner at one of several island eateries or venture to mainland with unlimited choices in minutes.

  • Dec 20-27 2008 four adults and five "children" ages 16-23 spent an incredibloe xmas at this stunning condo.The layout is perfect for family gatherings. We had the pool and tennis court to ourselves. Being hearty canadians we swam in the ocean We were all invited to one of the other condos by the owner (i.e. friendly place). I have told so many people about this wonderul spot I am worried it will be booked next time I want to visit.

  • This unit is truly incredible. It really takes your breath away when you enter. One pool is just below the unit and very private. The other pool overlooking the ocean is beautiful as well. We did see dolphins and were able to snorkel and see fish right off of the the very nice beach. The location is quiet and off of the beaten path. The unit is well equiped and and awesome place to get away and feel a little pampered. Jan Lee the booking agent was great and made our stay perfect. Thanks for making this unit available to rent!

  • My visit to Boulder Point was wonderful. The condo was beautiful, spacious and appointed with all the necessities of home. Exploring the area was terrific - the greatest highlight was going to Stumps Pass and enjoying the beauty of the park. The parks along the coast and even just down the stairs from the condo allowed the witnessing of dophin breaching - they were not off in the distance but just off the break of the waves! We found lots of shark teeth and many beautiful shells. My favorite resturant was Farlows on the Water - had a yummy grouper sandwich. It was sunny every day but the ocean temperature cool thus the heated pools at the condo were inviting. Manasota Key was lovely; the condo spectacular and I hope to return very soon!

  • This place is an awesome getaway. The condo is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Step outside and you feel you are in the tropics with streets lined with sea grape trees and the boulders that line the beach. There are several local dinning spots minutes away that served delicious food. Your day can be spent walking the beach and finding historic shark teeth! Bring the kids or not we highly recommend The Boulders on Manasota Key

  • The time at Manasota key was extremely enjoyable and relaxing, especially looking for shark's teeth at Blind Pass and Stump's Pass Beach. We were fascinated with the amount of wildlife at our touch. Dolphins were abundant and the fishing on the beach was incredible. The restaurants on the key and nearby, in Englewood were a good representation of the area. I recommend Farlow's On The Water. The condominium was comfortable and fit for king/queen. The open floorplan was condusive to entertaining and the bedrooms were private and quiet for relaxation. The people on the island were all very welcoming and courteous. I would definitely make plans to return to Boulder Pointe for another wonderful vacation!!

    I am the owner of this property and I have had the pleasure of vacationing in Manasota Key earlier this season. I can honestly say you will not find a better value anywhere in Florida. Manasota Key is an absolutely pristine beach offering outstanding fishing, shelling, swimming and fun! Our condo is immaculate and decorated very tastefully. We can accomodate two families with children, or a single couple looking to get away for peace and quiet. The island has nature preserves, boating, biking, and an ecclectic array of restaurants.
