Our Florida "Sunholme" is located in a splendid setting, overlooking a conservation lake. We are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the gated community of The Sanctuary and we have no property bordering our south side. This allows for ALL DAY sun, from having your breakfast on the 25' x 10' outdoor sun deck veranda. Swimming in the 30' x 15' pool with a 40' x 27' covered patio, to sipping your evening drinks under the covered lanai watching the sunset.
The villa caters for all your holiday needs, the ground floor master bedroom with large en-suite has direct slider door access to the pool deck, as does the breakfast area. The other 4 bedrooms are served by 2 bathrooms and there is an additional guest bathroom downstairs. All main bathrooms have hair dryers. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans, as does the Games Room, Family Lounge and Study. For your added security the villa has an alarm system and a safe (no charge).
