Our Florida "Sunholme" is located in a splendid setting, overlooking a conservation lake. We are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the gated community of The Sanctuary and we have no property bordering our south side. This allows for ALL DAY sun, from having your breakfast on the 25' x 10' outdoor sun deck veranda. Swimming in the 30' x 15' pool with a 40' x 27' covered patio, to sipping your evening drinks under the covered lanai watching the sunset.
The villa caters for all your holiday needs, the ground floor master bedroom with large en-suite has direct slider door access to the pool deck, as does the breakfast area. The other 4 bedrooms are served by 2 bathrooms and there is an additional guest bathroom downstairs. All main bathrooms have hair dryers. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans, as does the Games Room, Family Lounge and Study. All bedrooms have T.Vs, the Master bedroom and Gamesroom have 28" TV/DVD/VCRs. There is even a TV in the Breakfast area. For your added security the villa has an alarm system and a safe (no charge). The house was gorgeous, very very clean and well kept.It was close to shopping and attractions. The only two problems we experienced was the heater in the pool didn't come on after a certain temperature so the water was too cold to use the pool, but the temperature outside was very cold. The house alarm system had a malfunction and it kept going off for most of the stay in the middle of the night which meant we had to get up and shut it off. I would definetly stay there again and I have already recommended it to my friends.

Stayed in this great house for 3 weeks in April 2011. We have been back to Orlando 8 times the last 20 years after working in EPCOT for 1 year. This is the best house we have stayed in ! Sun all day, private deck outside the screen pooldeck, nice decoraited, great and quiet location. In this house you see the sunset with the west facing pooldeck. The house was clean and up to the standrad of the picture. The West Haven area are great; cloce to golf, parks, restaurants. Easy acces to I-4 and geting from/to the Airport. BUT I sholdn't said all this; It might be busy next time we want to go back ;-)! Trond

Our family needed a getaway, and the setting was perfect. Peaceful neighborhood, beautiful home and pool, and a private backyard. The house was beautifully maintained, convenient to attractions while being away from the congestion, and very relaxing. The pool heat had not been turned on - someone came out that night to take care of it, turned it up to heat it quickly, and came back in the morning to check/adjust it. It was a great place to relax with plenty of space and beautifully kept. The kids loved the game room!

My family stayed at this home for a week and wished we had booked longer. The home is absolutely gorgeous and spacious -- very, very well kept. We came in and felt immediately at home. The girls as well as my parents who are senior citizens fell in love with the house.
