The home is an easy 2 block walk to Elk Ave. where visitors enjoy shopping, restaurants, galleries and fun Crested Butte activities all year. Reliable shuttle bus system (with stops 3 blocks from home) provides transportation to Mt. Crested Butte for amazing downhill skiing. Great hiking, biking, Nordic trail heads, ice rink and sledding hill are a few blocks away. Too many other outdoor, adventure activities to mention! Originally called a "doll house" by family members, an addition was made in the 1990's to almost double the size of the home which is now a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. There are two stairways with two bedrooms and a full, large bath at each stairway. This floor plan is great for two families traveling together! Truly a great family get-away as kids are safe riding bikes right out the front door, will enjoy the creek at the end of the street and will love walking to town for treats! You are guaranteed spectacular mountain views all year long and will love a relaxed, family-oriented experience in historic Crested Butte!
