Welcome to our beach house (one level villa) in Queen's Grant! Our newly renovated villa sleeps 7 and it is a short walk to the beach, Robert Trent Jones golf club, Palmetto Dunes tennis center and the general store. There are five pools within Queen's Grant as well as kayaks to rent for use on the 11 miles of lagoons surrounding the area. We offer two beach bikes for your use; there are six beautiful miles of bike paths right here!
Inside the villa the living room has a pullout queen bed and a slider to the patio, cathedral ceiling, flat screen TV and DVD player. The large dining room table fits 6-8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a loveseat that pulls out to a twin bed. There is a TV and ensuite its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and attached bath. The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and countertops. There is also a washer dryer.
Outside the kitchen door is an outside shower to use after you come from the beach. There are sand chairs for your use.

Enjoyed our stay. It was a good value. We really enjoy riding bicycles on Hilton Head, so it was a nice plus that the unit includes two good bikes. Recommend taking the path that runs beside the driving range to get out of Queens Grant by bike, rather than going out on the Palmetto Dunes main drag (due to traffic in the summer). Barbara (Owner) was very helpful and the photos provided in the VRBO listing accurately reflect the unit's appearance. Although we had stayed in Palmetto Dunes many times, we had not stayed in Queens Grant before. It's a nice area with several pools. Little further to the beach than we were used to, but not a big problem. The living room gets hot in the afternoons when it is in the high 90's outside, even with the blinds closed and the living room ceiling fan turned off.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children.
