Perfect place for relaxation

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks commencing October 5th. From the first inquiry Lynda was most efficient with prompt replies to our emails. When, at the last minute because of illness, we had to postpone our arrival for a week she was very helpful in rearranging things. The condo was all that we expected and more. It was well equipped with everything we needed and the furnishings were of a high quality. Most of our meals were taken on the balcony which overlooks the pool, lagoon and Gulf of Mexico; for us this is what a vacation is all about. We rather reluctantly left the condo after our two weeks and returned home feeling relaxed ready to face the English winter. Highly recommended.

Relaxing Accomodations

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week and everything was so simple from the time we reserved it to the time we left. Lynda (the property owner) was so friendly and helpful. The payment process was a synch. The condo property is in a gated community with a 24 hour security company watching over things. **If you are bringing a pet, note that they only allow pets 20 pounds and under**. The condo was amazing. Everything was so clean and the decor was nicely done and we felt very relaxed there. The kitchen had everything we needed and Lynda is so nice that she provided the dishwashing liquid, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, towels, washcloths, etc. We cooked a lot while we were there and had plenty of pots and pans, drinkware, serving utensils, silverware, and plates/bowls/mugs. The bed was so comfortable and the views from the bedroom and the living room were amazing. The rooms are very big and roomy and there is plenty of closet space, drawer space, etc. The pool was incredible. Very large and it was nice and heated. It's the perfect place to watch the sunset every night. You could hear dolphins and fish splashing around in the lagoon behind the pool. The clubhouse offers a larger screen TV, pool table, and other game tables along with a fitness room. Great place to take walks to the gulf of mexico, to the lagoon and it's very close to the Hudson Beach and Marina. I would love to stay here again! Thank you so much to Lynda for a wonderful stay and an easy process to reserve the stay.

Quiet, Clean, Perfect

My husband and I stayed for a few days and enjoyed every minute of it! The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. The view is spectacular! We watched dolphins feed just off the coast for almost an hour! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to just relax by the pool.

My husband took me to this lovely location for my birthday. Pictures do not do it justice. The view of the lagoon from the balcony was breathtaking! The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The decor was in very good taste with a southwester theme; kitchen had everything you needed to cook up a storm or just heat up leftovers. The 24 hour security guard made us feel very safe. The olympic size pool and clubhouse was very inviting. It was close to everything we needed. Being a pet friendly facility, we were so happy to be able to bring our little chihuahua along. My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. Everything was spotless. The decor was very tasteful. Very spacious rooms, bright, with a great view of the area. The cupboards in the kitchen were fully stocked; plenty of big, plush towels, romantic candles to add to the whole relaxation getaway. The view of the lagoon from the balcony was breathtaking. The huge, inviting pool was the biggest pool we'd ever been in, overlooking the lagoon. We enjoyed walking on the nature trail around the lagoon. Lynda and Jim provided excellent customer service, and were very helpful in any questions we had. We enjoyed going to the many antique and thrift shops in the area. Very close to many well-known restaurants and a huge mall. We would love to come back here. This was a true vacation getaway - to completely relax and unwind.

All the reviews written before are "Spot On"! We found the Condo to be very clean and quaint. The pictures don't do justice for what you see in person absolutely breathtakingly beautiful, especially the sunsets!! The pool was Grand! We only stayed 4 days and due to graduation, party, nephews' kids baseball games and other committments we were not able to enjoy all the amenities this place has to offer. We will definitely be staying again if it's available when we travel to the Hudson area. Harry K. ("B") Western New York

Spring Break Getaway

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee from the balcony in the mornings and viewing dolphins. The conveniences we enjoyed were: Hudson Beach and Sam's Beach Bar, the Olympic-sized pool, the laundry room on our floor, and location close to many attractions. We will definitely be returning. Thanks!

We spent the most beautiful Christmas week there. Amazing views, nice neighbors. It really does look even better than at the pictures. The inside is decorated with a great taste. There is everything you might need during your long vacation : heated pool, tennis, bbq area outside, picturesque nature trails. The place is pet friendly which does make a big difference to us since we love travelling with our pet. This place will definitely leave unforgetable flashbacks in your memory.

Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

My husband & i shared or 30th. annav. at this condo.we had a great time. The condo was even better than it looked on the internet. And the view was awsome. We would have only been happier if we could have stayed longer, (and we stayed 7 days)The owners we awsome to work with as well. We will rent this same condo again !! Thanks again, jeff & patti p.s. we saw dolphins almost evryday from our condo,it was awsome !

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband & I flew from Toronto and enjoyed 9 delightful days at this condo. It was exactly as pictured - spotless and very well furnished. The owners communicated promptly with us and answered all our questions. This was our first time renting a condo - and we would certainly return to this location. The gated community of 3 condos was clean, quiet and well maintained inside & out. The pool was fabulous and the people very friendly.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
