Our Timber Frame Guest Home is beautifully hand crafted from Sitka Spruce wood. It is completely furnished for your comfort with many custom made pieces of furniture as well. It is two stories with bedrooms on lower level and living space on upper floor to take advantage of some of Glacier Park peak views. The covered deck off of the living room has a large gas grill, table and chairs. There is also a lower deck off of main bedroom to relax on as well. The main bath room has an extra large soaking tub - no jets, two sinks, and separate shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with great appliances, gas stove, and loads of counter space. Fold out couches, blow up mattresses and other sleeping pads available if needed. There is also a separate laundry room with utility sink for your use.
The home is in a great location, one block off main road through town, and walking distance to the AmTrak train station, car rentals, golf, gift shops, groceries, horseback riding, restaurants, and shuttle services to all the trails in Glacier Park.
Another great feature of our home is the large yard with plenty of space to pitch tents, play ball, croquet, badmitten, volleyball, etc. We also have 4 bicycles, some adult and youth with helmets for your use if you like. The back of the house where the decks are, borders a large "green belt" lot buffering the ninth hole of the local golf course, so it is a very quiet and peaceful space to relax.
If you are traveling with multiple families, our Timber Frame Guest Cottage (listing #169524) is located on the same lot right next door making it a very comfortable place for a large group to vacation together.
