We have just finished remodeling our "Rolling River Spa" cabin on 450' of the beautiful Fall River.

Wonderfully furnished, three bedroom (with 3 King beds), single level, remodeled cabin on the Fall River in Estes Park, less than 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Our "Rolling River Spa" cabin is laid out so there is separation when desired - two bedrooms and the living room on one end of the house and the family room, kitchen and third bedroom on the other end of the cabin.

There is 450' of river frontage to enjoy and explore. Grill on the patio or take an afternoon nap in the lounge chairs by the river while enjoying the splendor of the Rocky Mountain National Park views. Gaze at the stars and enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river while soaking in the hot tub after an exhilirating day of hiking, horseback riding or snow shoeing.

Cozy up in front of the fireplace with a good book and a cup of tea or glass of wine. Enjoy the Elk walking up the river.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar counter area for enjoying a cup of coffee while reading the paper or a glass of wine while conversing with the chef. Coffee Pot, Blender, Wok, Slow Cooker, Microwave, Four Slice Wide Toaster, Mixer, stainless steel pots and pans, Corning Bake Ware, Nordic Ware cookie sheets, Roaster/Lasagna Pan, Wine Glasses, Spices and more complete the fully equipped kitchen. All you need to bring is your food, your favorite recipes and special spices/ingredients.

The family/great room overlooks the river with a sliding glass door to the patio and has a fireplace, a TV, DVD/VCR, Stereo, Leather Sofa, and an Ottoman.

The living room has a big screen TV, DVD/VCR, a comfy log daybed (twin) sofa with a twin bed trundle and a double sleeper sofa with an ottoman.

Wireless Internet.

The "Bears by the River" Master bedroom has original log siding, a sliding glass door to the river (less than 10' away), an ensuite bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet, a King Log bed, TV and a Rocking Chair.

The "Gone Fishing" bedroom has a King Log Bed, a set of bunk beds.

The "Wolf Harmony" bedroom has a King Bed (which may be converted into two single beds) and a TV.

The second bathroom has a steam shower with a jacuzzi tub (ahhhhh, quiet relaxation).

A "pack and play" style crib, a card table, games, books and puzzles are all included.

The patio has new furniture for taking in the beautiful Rocky Mountain sky, the big pine trees, the mountains; relax for hours enjoying the sight and sounds of the river. Enjoy the rainbow trout you caught in the river with veggies on the grill.

All this and more makes for a relaxing, rejuvenating vacation at our "Rolling River Spa" cabin to enjoy with your family and friends. No Smoking, Please. No Pets (owners are very allergic).

    • This is a perfect getaway place with a great setting! Loved the hot tub under the stars and there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy family or some quiet time. We will be back.

    • We could not have had a better time! The steam shower and tub were just amazing, but didn't hold a candle to the hot tub! It was clean, but didn't smell like chlorine and was right next to the river. Location was quiet and very relaxing. Very spacious for its size and could sleep many! We would recommend this to anyone, especially since the owners were so nice and easy to work with.

    • Every year my sisters, Mom and Aunt take a holiday/retreat from our busy lives to reconnect with each other and nature. Coming from all over Texas and one (me) from Colorado we chose the perfect vacation home. We hiked, got up early to see the elk moving in RMNP, laughed alot in the hot tub at night while listening to the bubbling river, had a scavenger hunt in town which was a blast, shopped til we dropped, etc, etc. It was a wonderful vacation and a wonderful cabin with perfect sleeping and ammenities.

    • 1/5/09 What a lovely place! Our family of 6 adults, two teens and two small children age 20 months & 3 were there for a week over Christmas. It had something for everyone. We appreciated the crib for the little one. The family room and a front room, both with TV and DVD capability, were great when the teens, tots or adults wanted to watch their own style of entertainment. The little ones loved the tinker toys. The entire family played many of the games available. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we had no trouble finding everything we needed to prepare our Christmas feast. I would highly recommend this wonderful house for anyone wanting to experience the essence of Estes.

    • We really enjoyed the privacy of a house, and, of course, being right on the river. How could you come to Estes Park and not stay in a cabin? Kitchen beautifully supplied; comfortable beds; nice big patio and plenty of seating space--I could go on and on. Wonderful time in Estes, animals galore. Thank you Jane! (First time with VRBO, and we'll use it again and again--already booked a trip to Maine.)

    • Great cabin! Great location, close to park and town. Great amenities, especially the steam sauna, hot tub, and of course the stream in the back yard. Inside has everything you need. Highly recommended!

    • Our first time using VBRO and we could not have been happier with our stay in Estes. This house is just awesome- so much better than staying in a hotel. Loved the steam room in the one bathroom and and all the cool stuff in the kitchen, but we especially loved the outside hottub sitting on the bank of the river. Nothing beat ending a day of hiking like climbing into that tub, listening to the river, and seeing the moon and stars shinning down through the trees... Can't wait to go back.

    • Great Cabin with lots and lots of amenities. Quiet location. Nice spacious kitchen with large kitchen table. Close to town, but far enough away so you don't fell like it. Highly reccommended.
