We have stayed in this condo two years in a row and we absolutely love it! It's spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is ideal, right across the street from the beach and just a short walk from Pier 60 where they have live entertainment every night of the week. There are also plenty of wonderful restaurants wihtin walking distance.The pool and Jacuzzi are a nice added bonus! We will definitely stay here again. We feel like it's our home away from home in Clearwater Beach!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We stayed at this condo the first week of August 2011. There were 5 people in our group and it was the perfect size. The condo itself is beautiful, the location is great, and the owners are very easy to work with. It is a quick walk to the beach and to restaurants, the pool is great, and the garage parking is a bonus. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our July Family Vacation

This condo was great! Our family of 8 adults and one baby had plenty of room for everyone. The rooms are spacious and there are so many closets for storing all the bags and suitcases. The kitchen and eating area also fit our needs perfectly. All the rooms were immaculate. There were plenty of towels and sheets for all of us. The storage unit next to the pool was a great help too in keeping all the beach gear handy. Speaking of the beach is was closer than I had expected which was a pleasant surprise. Pier 60 was great for evening walks, we loved eating at Frenchy's and Crabby Bill's. We highly recommend this condo to our friends. And the whole family is talking about our next trip and staying at the same unit. FYI the owners are very friendly and helpful. Bottom line we had a great time and will be back.

Lovely Condo

The condo was even more than my family expected. It was georgous, clean and huge. When we arrived our jaws dropped at the spectacular place, one of the nicest we have even stayed at. There was 6 people in our party and lots of space for all. Have already recommended this place to people I work with. If we return to the Clearwater area would stay here in a minute. Judy was more than accommodating. Had a 2 day delay in getting to Clearwater and Judy was more than willing to try and rearrange our dates. Place was very convienent and so close to the beach and attractions.

My husband, my two daughters (7 and 2), and I were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful condo. Not only does it have all the ammenities of home, but the location couldn't be better. The girls enjoyed the pool and beach every day. We will definitely be back!! Thank you to Scott and Judy.

Wonderful Family Christmas Week!

We headed to the beach and this condo the day after Christmas from Kansas City. We stopped at Costco and Target and loaded up on food and drinks. We had our kids, ages 22,23,25,26 with us and the location was perfect. We did several pub crawls and were able to walk everywhere! It was fun being a part of the Outback Bowl festivities! Each of us were able to spend time together or get away from each other if needed. The condo was so nice! Lots of room for all of us! The kitchen had everything we needed! The TV was great with all of the bowl games on and room for everyone to sit. My family was thrilled with their "Christmas present" this year....the trip, the condo and the great family time together! We loved the Mandalay Grill.....great menu with freshly made food and a great bar and entertainment! The girls did a shopping trip to the Ellenton Mall and IKEA. We were glad we had a car to get around. However, we spent 4 days in the condo and in the beach area. Hope we will be able to do it again soon!

We rented this unit for a week in June. It was everything Scott and Judy described and more. We contacted the owners and made a last minute reservation, they helped us in every way. They were able to help provide local information, boat ramps and even the local tide information for boating! The condo was great! We were able to pull our 23' boat right up to the dock and keep it tied up all week. Due to the location you can be in the Gulf of Mexico in just minutes. We even caught Blue Crabs and Sheepshead right from the dock. The condo is just a block and a half from the beach, a few blocks from Pier 60 and right on the bay! It is clean, neat, has a great fully equipped kitchen and it's huge! There are huge tile covered walk in showers and a jacuzzi tub, flat screen TV's and a great view of the water. The nice thing about the unit is it's a small complex- not many people in the pool or jacuzzi. We will definitely be back next year!
