Built around a 1600 sq. ft. interior courtyard, which features gardens and an outdoor fireplace, the home features two master suites, a media room with pull-out queen bed, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and a kitchen/dining/living room accented by vaulted ceilings and a fireplace.
The media system features plasma TV's in each master suite, the kitchen, and the media room, as well as a centralized music system that plays in each room of the home as well as in the courtyard and on the upper deck. Floor to ceiling windows in each room radiate natural sunlight in each room creating a light and airy feel.
Perhaps the finest architectural feature here is a second-floor deck that runs across the width of the home, then rises three wide steps to a tower that is partially glassed in and partially open to the breeze. Billowy curtains at each of its four corners can be let down for privacy. From the tower, guests can view a spectacular vineyard setting.
