Welcome to beautiful Destin, Florida. Our spacious (2300 sq. ft.) Beach Villa is located in the gated community of Hidden Dunes (beach side of Scenic Hwy.98). Perfect for you next family get-away our villa is steps from the ocean overlooking the lake and heated swimming pool.
Enjoy beautiful gulf sunsets from our very spacious open and airy den/dining,(24 ft. ceilings), which opens to the wrap-around Mexican tile screened porch with dining for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including double ovens, separate ice maker, and pass-through to screen porch.
Our master suite with king bed and TV also opens to wrap porch. The master bath boasts a jetted tub along with double shower. The second bedroom has queen bed, bath and TV. The third bedroom has twin beds, bath and TV. The enclosed loft sleeps 6 (2 queen beds and queen futon) and has a large bath with shower and garden tub.
This large villa sleeps 12 comfortably and is beautifully and tastefully decorated. With gorgeous walking trails, tennis courts, swimming pools and the emerald coast steps from your door this is the perfect beach vacation spot!

My family of 11 stayed in this rental in July of 2011. The condo itself is nicely decorated and very spacious. The kitchen has every amenity you could ask for. The condo is fairly close to the pool and within one block of the beach. Great location. Hidden Dunes is beautiful.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
