Additional information about rental rates
1. If house is left in a very messy condition then part of your damage deposit may be held for extra cleaning charges
2. If your date requested is less then 30 days away payment must be made in full
3. If you choose to cancel your requested date you have to give notice 60 days in advance otherwise your damage me be lost..( depending if your dates get taken by another party)
Payments are best made thru E mail transfer or by cheque!
To book requires a $500.00 security /damage deposit to book your dates requested.
Payment made in full before arrival.
Once you have left my cleaning lady goes in checks the house for damages/broken or missing items as well as condition of house.
If all is good then your $500 damage gets refunded back to you via e mail transfer
Additional Fees and Taxes:
All Stays Require a $200.00 cleaning fee!!
