Enjoy a great view of the Atlantic ocean from this second floor condo with its own private balcony. Unit is only steps away from the beach and the county park. Also, take advantage of the community pool and fishing pier. Come enjoy a relaxing stay in this older, but well-kept up condo which contains a full kitchen, queen bed in master, and two twin beds in the second bedroom. TV in living room and master bedroom. Ceiling fan in dining room.
The Oceanside Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies. The pool area was enlarged and renovated in 2001 with the addition of a separate 'kiddy pool.' Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.
Washers and dryers are located in the pool house. Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment and post office are a short walk from the complex.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.
The great location, size of the house, and reasonable price are by far a GREAT DEAL for a family beach vacation!! The Isle of Palms has the only beach in South Carolina or Georgia listed as a Blue Wave Beach! We have now received this award for more than 10 years in a row. We are very proud!
