Located in the beautiful village by the sea, this condominium is ideal for couples to share and for a family to enjoy the amenities of Rancho San Clemente. Located just five minutes from North Beach, it is convenient to everything Southern California has to offer.

San Clemente is located half way between Los Angeles and San Diego, so you have day access to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm,the summer art festivals in Laguna Beach, Dana Pt. Harbor, the boat to Catalina Island, Del Mar horse racing, La Jolla, Legoland, outlet shopping in Carlsbad, or world class shopping at South Coast Plaza, or venture south to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, or the Wild Animal Park.

San Clemente has numerous broad beaches, a nice pier for fishing, as well as fine dining, parks, theaters and shopping very near the condo. Bring yourself and your suitcases, nothing else but RELAXATION is required!! Listen to the soothing waterfall just outside the unit and look down on the refreshing pool! Our family has enjoyed it for years, now it's your turn.

Amenities	Washer: The association maintains a Laundromat, located next to the pool, where there are washers and dryers for your use. Dryer Linens Provided: There are two sets of linens for each bed, plus extra towels, as well as plenty of beach towels for your stay. Garage: Everything that you need for a day at the beach is stored in the garage: BBQ, chairs, sand toys,boogie boards, and umbrellas. Just bring your family and enjoy. Off Street Parking: There is a parking pass, to be used if you need additional parking in the outside designated lot, as well as guest spaces.

Kitchen	Full Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped so you could make a gourmet meal,and also contains baking pans, and supplies. Cooking Utensils Provided Refrigerator Dishwasher Microwave
Outdoor Features	Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: The propane BBQ is located on the balcony for your convenience. Deck/Patio: Directly below the condo is a nice deck, surrounding the pool, with loungers and chairs for your leisure. Balcony: The balcony has a bistro table and chairs, and flowers for your enjoyment. A very pleasant place to dine or sip wine.

Suitability	Pet Friendly: A small cat or dog would be allowed with a pet deposit of $50 (refundable if there is no damage. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Minimum age for renters is 25 years old. Smoking Not Allowed

Monthly rates can be negoiated with the owner, dependent upon season.
Book for Summer 2008 before April 1,2008 and receive a $100 discount.
