This is our vacation home at approximately 4000 feet of elevation on Appalachian Ski Mountain in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Our three-level three bedroom/ three bath mountain home features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and exposed beams, 3rd level loft, slate and cedar bathrooms, brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, 46” flat screen television in great room, additional den with fire place on lower level, and a spacious multi-level deck with Hot Springs brand hot tub for six people. Perfect for family, couples or a group of friends. We are conveniently located on a private road at Appalachian Ski Mountain, off U.S. Hwy 321, between Blowing Rock and Boone. Nearby are Grandfather Mountain, Linville, Banner Elk and Beech Mountain. The house is easily accessible and within 5 minutes of downtown Blowing Rock, Tanger outlets and the wonderful Blue Ridge Parkway. Come experience each season in the "High Country.” In winter, our home is right next to snow skiing, ice skating and night skiing . This house features a wonderful stone fireplace in the lower level and a wood burning stove on the 2nd level with a view of the fire that keeps the house cozy. There is also a hot tub for relaxation therapy and warming up after a long run on the slopes. During spring, relax and take in the wonderful climate change. In summer, escape the heat and enjoy the cooler mountain temperatures for the entire summer with the long term rental plan. Fall foliage is spectacular, outside our windows and the Blue Ridge Parkway just 5 minutes away. No matter the time of year, you will enjoy your time and find plenty to do while visiting our home in Blowing Rock, NC.
