Our professionally decorated "Bonita" Courtyard Villa is located in Mallory Square, Madison Villas. This is one of "The Village's" prime gated communities. Minutes from Lake Sumter Landing and a short beautiful golf cart ride to Spanish Springs.
**We offer our home, this is not your normal low end rental!**

Sorry, no smoking, no one under the age of 30 years old, and no pets (no exceptions!). Limit of two guest, visitor charge is $25.00 per day, per visitor without prior written approval. Utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and internet are ALL included.
Deposit/Cleaning/Security fee: $750 fully refundable after departure if no damages/no excess cleaning required (equal to 1 person 1.5 hour. See next paragraph). Cancellation fee: 50%-100% of deposit/cleaning/security fee.
NOTE: Our home is not a "hotel". Routine cleaning or maid service is not included. If you do not wish to do any cleaning while on vacation, cleaning arrangements may be made in advance or at time of check-in with our caretaker. Any additional departure cleaning charges beyond an included $75 departure cleaning fee (equivalent to about 1 person/1.5 hours) will be deducted from the deposit.

Our home was originally not purchased as a rental, however offering it for rent during the year has allowed us to do improvements that might have taken us a few years to complete. Thank you (to our renters) for help making our home a little nicer every season.
