Cancellation fee: 50%-100% of deposit/cleaning/security fee. NOTE: Our home is not a "hotel". Routine cleaning or maid service is not included. If you do not wish to do any cleaning while on vacation, cleaning arrangements may be made in advance or at time of check-in with our caretaker.
