  Outstanding!!!!!!! We stayed the month of March 2013. The home is way more than the VRBO pictures show. The home is very clean and everthing you need is there. The neighborhood is very modern and quiet. The nightly view if the city lights is outstanding. There are numeous superior golf courses in the nearby area. Shopping is very close and very easy to get to. Everything you should ever need or need to do is right there. Very good location. The owners made everthing very easy. I created a pool problem and Bob the pool man was right there and had it going. Outstanding service. Thank you Dorthy for making our vaction a great experience. Our kids and grandchildren came down for a week, and the memories will last a life time. The home is an entertaining paradise. This property is a can't miss oportuninty.

  Our stay was truly fantastic in this gorgeous hillside home with incredible views of the Phoenix skyline lights from the expansive bank of living room windows. The property is extremely well-maintained and has a well-equipped kitchen, lovely eat-in area plus formal dining room, comfortable beds and a super pool and hot tub, all in perfect working order. Dorothy was a dream to work with on the booking side and for any questions at al. We would rerent from these owners in a heartbeat and felt privileged to be able to spend 2 weeks enjoying their beautiful place. The only thing that would have improved our already terrific holiday would be use of the indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit. This home is everything it appears to be and more!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  Brad:I wanted to drop you a quick line thanking you and your family for the exceptional rental the past 10 days. Our entire family had an excellent time. Whether it was my wife and I sipping beers in the hot tub at night or my mother and my in-laws bobbing around in the pool with their two-year-old granddaughter, everyone left with a smile.We loved the great access to the 202 in one direction and the Tonto National Forest in the other, not to mention the easy 15-minute drive to see the Cubs at Hohokam Park . And we developed a family favorite restaurant in the Red, White and Brew.After not having a working pool at our previous two rentals, we soaked up as much time in your backyard as we possibly could, much to the entertainment of our Arizona friends, who chuckled at the snowbirds swimming on a “chilly” 75-degree day. And when the sun became a bit much, the living room with the big screen television was the perfect place to catch up on all the NCAA Tournament action or relax each night with a movie.I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves. The one mini bump we had in our road – the air conditioner – you handled and fixed in less than 24 hours. Your communication was exemplary. Perhaps the best compliment I can say is that we all agreed that if you guys are still renting next March, we would definitely be interested in coming back. After all, our little girl has already started asking when we get to go back to our, “ Arizona home.”Thanks again for everything and please feel free to us me as a reference in any way.Best,Wayne

  Wow!! What a gorgeous, spacious home. My family of ten stayed in this home in August of 2008 as we said goodbye to my passing father. It was a haven of rest and fun in the midst of our challenge. The children has fun every day in the fun pool with the waterfall and hot tub. We cooked outside at the barbecue and ate on the patio. There were plenty of tables, chairs and supplies for our large group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and amply supplied. Even though everything was of the highest quality, nothing felt "stuffy" or fragile. We were completely comfortable, even with all the kids. Brad was a great contact and easy to work with. We are thankful to have stayed in his lovely home.

  We were lucky enough to meet up with family in this beautiful home in November 2008. The house and it setting were unbelievable! No matter where you are - the pool the patio or inside the house the views are amazing...the landscaping, infiniti pool and hot tub with a little waterfall were amazing. The photos really do not do justice to what this home has to offer. We really didn't want to leave the house once we got there. We used the BBQ a couple times and the house had everything we needed. It was great dealing with the owners who were very infomative and helpful from beginning to end. I am sure my husband and I will go back to this same home first chance we get. Beats a 5 star hotel by a long ways! Thank you Brad for everything!
