Great for families with all kinds of interests – a new park for kids just a short walk away - new stores - Target Super Store, Marshall's, Ross, Home Depot, grocery stores and drugstores and more are less than 2 miles from the house.
The home living spaces are open and airy with plantation shuttered windows, tile floors and counters, French doors lead to the pool and shaded, outdoor relaxing areas. In the great room watch TV, or relax by the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable to use. (Magical Maids cleaning service is available upon request. Call for fees.)
There are dual master bedrooms. The main Master bedroom has a king-size bed and French doors leading to the pool. A large sit-down shower, walk-in closet and double sinks, a spacious adjoining retreat with a futon, perfect for a small child. The second Master on the opposite side of the house has a king-size bed and can be closed off from the rest of the house. Bedroom three has a queen bed.
This house is a 2 minute drive away from the Terra Lago Golf Club which includes two championship golf courses that formerly hosted the Skins Game and includes a restaurant and clubhouse. Within few minutes drive is the Fantasy Springs Resort and Casino which play host to top entertainers. A twenty-minute drive to the Palm Springs Intl. Airport.
Also nearby are several Polo Clubs which feature numerous events and horse shows through-out the year. Another favorite is the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Home of the Pacific Open. Just minutes from shopping, including the well know El Paseo the "Rodeo Drive" of the desert. A large variety of shopping malls, boutiques and art galleries. The dining is unlimited fine gourmet dining, bistros, New York style deli's and casual family restaurants. There are endless things to do and wonderful entertainment through-out the valley.
