Adorable townhome all on 1 floor. 2 large bedrooms each with King size Beds. Hardwood floors and beautifully decorated. Kitchen completely stocked. Sun porch with French Doors and extra sleeping. Out to Cute back porch with glider, Rocker and Love seat, with mountain views towards Cold Mountain and nice back yard. 10 min drive to base of Cold Mountain.
Walk 1 block to the quaint little town of Downtown Waynesville, With its adorable shops and plenty of restaurants. 10 min to Maggie Valleys Ghost Town in the Sky, Cattaloochi Ski Mountain, Horse back Riding, Golf, White Water River Rafting and also 10 minutes to get onto the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway. 4 Golf courses are 5 and 10 minutes away. Beautifully Rec Center 10 minutes away with swimming, Basketball, racquetball courts and fitness center, walking track, and outdoor Tennis Courts.

We have stayed here more than once. The photos "do not" do the property justice. It is cute, clean and well stocked. The location is perfect for walking through historic downtown Waynesville. Comfortable for a family vacation or a romantic retreat. We like to play tennis at the recreation center. We have gone White water river rafting, shopping in Asheville, horseback riding in the summer, snow skiing in the winter, trout fishing...many activities out in the fresh mountain air!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
