You will be delighted with the family friendly layout of this stylish, 2400 square foot home in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Quality becomes obvious once inside this 4 bedroom home. It is spaciously designed on three levels with the main family room, kitchen and dining room on the first floor. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds and a full bath on the first floor, perfect for kids or adults with limited mobility. The very large covered porch on the first floor easily accomodates seating for a large group. The second floor features the master bedroom with king size bed and jacuzzi tub. Two other spacious bedrooms with queen beds and private vanity areas share a bathroom. The kids will love the small bunk room on the 2nd floor with 2 built-in bunk beds, perfect for two giggling girls to share! The third floor den offers pure relaxation with gulf views and sea breezes. A large covered deck with table seating for six and a wet bar for holding the refreshments will delight the adults and kids alike.

This home is uniquely decorated with original artwork throughout. Enjoy a short stroll down a quaint, tree-lined street to the beach and community pools. There are no busy streets to cross and a wagon is provided to haul all your beach necessities, including the kids! We have several beach chairs and umbrellas available for your use. We are also close to where Eastern Lake meets the Gulf and this spot provides a wonderful shallow area for the young ones to play. The kids can bike and play in front of our home without worry of any traffic at all. You will be very pleased and relaxed after a stay at The Five SeaSons and Seagrove Beach.

  • The Five Sea-Sons is a refreshing, three-story vacation home. Talk about relaxing! Our family of ten enjoyed it all–the personal artistic touches, the large well-stocked kitchen, Vicki’s lovely artwork, the first and third floor porches, wireless internet, the easy walk to the neighborhood pool and public beach, the private residential street, the bikes and wagon, sand toys, and abundant nooks to hide away in or hold intimate conversations. The great room downstairs includes a den, large dining area and kitchen perfect for large family gatherings, yet intimate enough for two. It was especially nice to find three full baths, five-bedrooms and loft space with abundant double bed, queen bed, bunk, sofa sleeper, and twin bed combinations. If you are looking for a tranquil place to stay, you’ve found it. Owner/artist Vicki Lee and her family have created a home you’ll want to share, a place to inspire memories worth keeping.

  • The Five Sea-sons was a perfect location for our families. We were able to stroll across 30-A to a wedding location. The home is spacious and beautiful and we enjoyed the artwork, amenities, comfortable beds and easy communications with the owners. The beach is gorgeous and the men enjoyed the easy stroll to fish in the early morning hours while the young adults leisurely strolled down in the early afternoons after sleeping in and then stopped by the pool for a bit. My personal favorite was sitting on the front porch with a slight breeze blowing, smelling the jasmine, listening to the birds, watching a squirrel along the fence, visiting with family. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

  • We truly had the best week at your house and on the beach. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. We shared the space with another family of four and there was plenty of room. Everything was well-maintained. Neighborhood is child-friendly...My son didn't want to leave. We would most definitely stay here again.
