Three year old condo located steps away from the largest FREE beach on the East Coast and the FAMOUS WILDWOOD BOARDWALK. This TOP FLOOR condo comfortably sleeps 9, offers a spacious and bright open floor plan, cathedral ceiling, central air, sliding glass door to an open deck, ocean view, large storage area, outside shower, and garage. Located near all major attractions.

Includes a convenient computer table, Comcast Triple Play with high speed internet, Cable TV, unlimited local and long distance phone service, and CD player with iPod docking system.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed with full bathroom.

The Second Bedroom has two Twin beds and one roll away bed.

The Third Bedroom has two Twin beds.

Queen size sleeper sofa in Living area.

All bedrooms have Cable TV's. Two bedrooms have DVD players and one bedroom has a VCR. All bedrooms have windows and spacious closets.

BLANKETS, PILLOWS, COMFORTERS, AND ALARMS CLOCKS ARE PROVIDED. MAGAZINES, DVD's, VIDEOS, AND GAMES INCLUDED

Large second bathroom is located directly across the hall from a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron is also available for your use.

Park your car in one of the THREE off-street parking areas. No parking or storage problems. BEACH CHAIRS INCLUDED. A stroller is also located in the storage room.

Check in time is Saturday at 2:00 P.M. Check out time is the following Saturday at 10:00 A.M. One week minimum stay.

Half the rent is due when signing your lease. The remaining half and a $300 security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to the start of your rental week. After receiving all payments, we will mail two sets of keys to your home. Security deposit will be returned after keys have been returned and the property has been checked by the owner or her representative. Acceptable forms of payment include personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks.

  • Condo in North Wildwood was terrific. Great location, spacious and very nicely decorated beautiful condo. I stayed last week with my family and friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kathy was a pleasure to deal with from my first question regarding the condo up to our arrival day. She was quick to respond to email, which allowed booking thru this website a terrific experience. I would recommend this condo to friends and relatives.

  • Our family had a GREAT time in North Wildwood, we had kids ranging from 3yrs old to 19yrs old and we enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning on coming back next year. Condo location is the best,short walk to the free, clean beach with lifeguards, few steps from the boardwalk and the condo was surprisingly spacious and clean. Kathy is so easy to talk to and responds immediately to inquiries. Thank you for opening your home to us. Hope to be back next year!
