The only thing we overlook ...is the Gulf! The beach's most anticipated destination is here-the Boardwalk Beach Resort! A 22-story gulf front condominium, overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and sparkles like a diamond on Panama City Beach's emerald coast. It has a tropical pool deck and family activities, the Boardwalk is unrivaled in its design, location and service.

The resort is directly across from Signal Hill Golf Course. Our 16th floor, ocean front condo is brightly decorated with a tropical theme. This spacious condo is 1380 sq. ft. and sleeps up to 8 guests. Lots of room for entertaining. The kitchen bar seats 6 with an additional 6 at the dining room table. We have a sofa sleeper in addition to the beds listed. Lots of closet space too! Master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass wall looking towards the ocean. Our condo has 9 ft. ceilings with crown molding, tile and carpet, marble tubs and showers & granite in the kitchen.

Summer 2008 marked the grand opening of the Island Breeze Corner Market. Located on the lobby level, guest now have access to gifts, sundrys, ice cream and even gourmet pizzas

  • Being a youth minister, I was looking for a place to bring a small group of kids to the beach to enjoy a weekend of fun and fellowship. This was by far an excellent choice for our group. The condo was roomy, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with supplies for cooking in (if that's what you choose). With a beachfront location and a wonderful pool area, there was something to accomodate everyone. I would recommend this place to anyone!

  • This condo is wonderfully decorated. There were six in our party and it was very comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants, we really didn't need our car. Terrific heated pool, and great beach access. Communication with the owner was easy. We hope to go back SOON.

  • Your place is absolutely beautiful! Wonderfully decorated with everything provided that anyone would need to have a great vacation. Beautiful ocean sunsets. The staff at the Resort kept everything in tip top shape. We enjoyed the hot tubs and tiki bar. Hope we can come back again.

  • We had a great time at your condo in Florida this past week. Thanks so much for allowing us the opportunity to stay there. We did check out Pier Park, and it was great. We didn't make it to Uncle Ernie's this time. However, we enjoyed many other good restaurants. Staying in your condo was very much like being at home, very cozy and lots of room. We enjoyed it very much!

We all enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony and even enjoyed some of our dinners as we watched the sunset. Everyone was great, we were very comfortable and even met your neighbor Andy who was so friendly and funny!
