  We are repeat guest at this condo -- we love The Boardwalk and PCB. We always enjoy our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The view is spectacular. The staff at The Boardwalk are very friendly. Thanks to the owner, Karen, who always wants to make you feel at home. Hope to return again sometime.

  This unit was perfect for our group of 8! The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed to have a great week away from home. Karen was very helpful and even when we had a maintenance issue, she had someone there to fix it quickly. There was plenty of security to keep us feeling safe at all hours. The kid pool area was perfect for our toddlers and the zero-entry pool was great for our new swimmers. We vacationed with another family that stayed a few floors up and had plenty of room to entertain and feed 12 in this condo. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great tropical getaway!

  I just wanted to thank you again for letting my group stay in your condo at the boardwalk beach resort 1604. It was everything we could of asked for and more. The condo was very nicely stocked with everything we needed. The staff was very nice and we had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay. We even rented scooters one night, I still constantly remind my friends that were with me that next year are doing it again. Once again, thank you again. You couldn't have made it easier for us.   The tropical themed decor in this condo is wonderful and fun. It is also very spacious with a breathtaking view from the furnished balcony. The master bedroom has direct access to the balcony and huge windows so you wake up to start your day with an awesome view each morning. The property was well-maintained, but I had to do a little cleaning when we first arrived in the kitchen area. Both bathrooms and the bedrooms felt clean. Karen was very nice and easy to work with. Everything was as promised and even exceeded our expectations. We invited two family members to join us at the end of the week and they want to rent the condo in the future as they also loved the decor, view and location. Most of the week was sunny, but we started the week with tropical storm Debby in the Gulf. There are many activities and attractions nearby that can even be enjoyed when it rains. If you don't bring supplies with you there is a well-known supercenter right down the road. We rented a pontoon boat from Adventures at Sea and cruised the Grand Lagoon and Shell Island for an entire day. It was so much fun and my son even had a curious dolphin swim up to him as he was helping to anchor the boat and he was able to pet it. I would also recommend Reggae J's and Captain Anderson's restaurant, which are both close and convenient to the condo. We went to many restaurants, but these were our favorites. Pier Park has a lot to offer from shopping to a movie theater. There was also a concert in the park one evening. The beach at The Boardwalk was nice and the chair rental guy was so nice and accommodating. There was a sandbar a short distance from the beach that you could go out to and play in the waves, which my husband and son did for hours. There is even covered parking, which was so nice, because our vehicle didn't have to sit in the sun and remained relatively cool inside. If you check out on a Saturday, be sure to do it early, because as it gets later the elevators get slower and very full. Also, the luggage carts go fast and the traffic out of Panama City Beach is horrendous - at least the way we went. All in all, this was one of our best family vacations ever!   We used the condo as our base for the 2012 Gulf Coast Triathlon. The Boardwalk Resort is the venue of the race which is why we initially chose the development. In addition to the condo being clean and well furnished it had a great view of the beach/ocean. The property is very well maintained with lots of security. I'd highly recommend it for a family vacation.

  I have seen other rooms in Boardwalk and no other room compares to this one! It was beautifully decorated and had a fantastic view of the beach from the the balcony! If you can rent this condo, do yourself a favor and do so!!!

  We had the most wonderful time. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described. The owner Karen and the entire staff at Boardwalk are all friendly and helpful. We felt the building complex was safe and clean. While we were there, lots of activity surrounded this area of town including beautiful landscaping up and down the street. There are so many places to eat, shop and of course golf. We highly recommend this property and The Good Lord willing, we will be back next year!
