The only thing we overlook ...is the Gulf! The beach's most anticipated destination is here-the Boardwalk Beach Resort! A 22-story gulf front condominium, overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and sparkles like a diamond on Panama City Beach's emerald coast. It has a tropical pool deck and family activities, the Boardwalk is unrivaled in its design, location and service.
The resort is directly across from Signal Hill Golf Course. Our 16th floor, ocean front condo is brightly decorated with a tropical theme. This spacious condo is 1380 sq. ft. and sleeps up to 8 guests. Lots of room for entertaining. The kitchen bar seats 6 with an additional 6 at the dining room table. We have a sofa sleeper in addition to the beds listed. Lots of closet space too! Master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass wall looking towards the ocean. Our condo has 9 ft. ceilings with crown molding, tile and carpet, marble tubs and showers & granite in the kitchen.
Summer 2008 marked the grand opening of the Island Breeze Corner Market. Located on the lobby level, guest now have access to gifts, sundrys, ice cream and even gourmet pizzas

What a nice place for a break from the winter! The place was brightly decorated and fully equipped! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The pool area was very nice. We will definately want to stay here again.

Incredible view of the ocean! Amazing place for large families to stay! This condo was well supplied with everything you need. Great Price! The colors of the inside and all the decorations were so amazing! Everything flowed so well! This condo was very clean & Karen was amazing to work with! The location of the complex was great and quiet. We will definately be telling everyone about this condo and we will definately be coming back!!!

If you are heading to Panama City Beach this is the place for you! Condo was decorated very nicely, staff was very helpful and pleasant. The best part is the BREATHTAKING VIEW!!! Live Entertainment on the weekends next to the pool/hot tub. Who could ask for more....Can't wait to go back!

This condo was great! My Family and I went to Panama City Beach for our fisrt family vacation, and we stayed here. This place was perfect, very comfortable and inviting. We felt at home. The space was amazing. The privacy was great. The condo is beautiful!! The view from the 16th floor is gorgeous, you can see for miles. The location is perfect, you can walk almost anywhere. The kids loved it. We loved it. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Especially for group vacations or large families.

HAD A GREAT TIME .THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST VIEWS FROM THE 16TH FLOOR. YOU CAN SEE FOR MILES DOWN THE CRYSTAL CLEAN BEACH.THE INTERIOR IS UPDATED AND HAS RICH FLORIDA COLORS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME WHEN YOU 1ST ENTER THE CONDO.MY FAMILY HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE HUGE POOL AND AT THE NICE BEACH . YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH THIS PLACE. THANKS FOR THE GREAT STAY AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN. MY FAMILY STILL STATE THAT THEY ALL HAD THE BEST TIME AND WE CLOSELY BONDED AS A FAMILY.

Karen, we can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at your condo. We have been visiting Florida for many years at various locations. This is the best condo we have ever rented. Two years ago, when we came upon your unit, we knew we would be back! We returned this year and we can't imagine staying anywhere else. It looks exactly the way it was pictured on the Internet. It also had everything we needed (and more). My kids loved the pool and the tiki bar. The amenities are fabulous and we experienced a truly relaxing vacation. This was our third time going to this condo. As usual, we were thrilled with everything. It is beautifully decorated, the view is beautiful, and very clean. The staff at the condo are extremely friendly and helpful and the activity center for the kids is wonderful. The pool is huge and the beach is beautiful, clear water and white sand. The owners are great, friendly, and go out of their way to accomodate your needs. We will be back again and again as this is an excellent place to stay!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Just got back from our third stay at this condo. It is beautiful and can't wait to go back again. The beach is beautiful, the condo is beautiful and brightly decorated, the staff at the complex are great, and the owners are the best and extremely friendly. My son got involved with the activities room they have and he loved it and wanted to go back again and again. They have this enormous slide on the beach for the visitors of the condo and it was the highlight of my son's trip, as was the huge pool. Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home and we hope to come back again and again. GREAT PLACE FOR VACATION FOR EVERYONE.

We just got back from a week long trip to Panama City Beach. This condo was perfect for us. It was clean,spacious, well maintained, and the decor made us really feel like we were at the beach! There were plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen ware. We loved the condo and hope to visit again soon!
