We used the condo as our base for the 2012 Gulf Coast Triathlon. The Boardwalk Resort is the venue of the race which is why we initially chose the development. In addition to the condo being clean and well furnished it had a great view of the beach/ocean. The property is very well maintained with lots of security. I'd highly recommend it for a family vacation.

I have seen other rooms in Boardwalk and no other room compares to this one! It was beautifully decorated and had a fantastic view of the beach from the the balcony! If you can rent this condo, do yourself a favor and do so!!!

We had the most wonderful time. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described. The owner Karen and the entire staff at Boardwalk are all friendly and helpful. We felt the building complex was safe and clean. While we were there, lots of activity surrounded this area of town including beautiful landscaping up and down the street. There are so many places to eat, shop and of course golf. We highly recommend this property and The Good Lord willing, we will be back next year!

What a nice place for a break from the winter! The place was brightly decorated and fully equipped! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The pool area was very nice. We will definately want to stay here again.

Incredible view of the ocean! Amazing place for large families to stay! This condo was well supplied with everything you need. Great Price! The colors of the inside and all the decorations were so amazing! Everything flowed so well! This condo was very clean & Karen was amazing to work with! The location of the complex was great and quiet. We will definately be telling everyone about this condo and we will definately be coming back!!!

If you are heading to Panama City Beach this is the place for you! Condo was decorated very nicely, staff was very helpful and pleasant. The best part is the BREATHTAKING VIEW!!! Live Entertainment on the weekends next to the pool/hot tub. Who could ask for more....Can't wait to go back!

This condo was great! My Family and I went to Panama City Beach for our fisrt family vacation, and we stayed here. This place was perfect, very comfortable and inviting. We felt at home. The space was amazing. The privacy was great. The condo is beautiful!! The view from the 16th floor is gorgeous, you can see for miles. The location is perfect, you can walk almost anywhere. The kids loved it. We loved it. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Especially for group vacations or large families.

HAD A GREAT TIME .THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST VIEWS FROM THE 16TH FLOOR. YOU CAN SEE FOR MILES DOWN THE CRYSTAL CLEAN BEACH.THE INTERIOR IS UPDATED AND HAS RICH FLORIDA COLORS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME WHEN YOU 1ST ENTER THE CONDO.MY FAMILY HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE HUGE POOL AND AT THE NICE BEACH . YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH THIS PLACE. THANKS FOR THE GREAT STAY AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN. MY FAMILY STILL STATE THAT THEY ALL HAD THE BEST TIME AND WE CLOSELY BONDED AS A FAMILY.

Karen, we can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at your condo. We have been visiting Florida for many years at various locations. This is the best condo we have ever rented. Two years ago, when we came upon your unit, we knew we would be back! We returned this year and we can't imagine staying anywhere else. It looks exactly the way it was pictured on the Internet. It also had everything we needed (and more). My kids loved the pool and the tiki bar. The amenities are fabulous and we experienced a truly relaxing vacation. This was our third time going to this condo. As usual, we were thrilled with everything. It is beautifully decorated, the view is beautiful, and very clean. The staff at the condo are extremely friendly and helpful and the activity center for the kids is wonderful. The pool is huge and the beach is beautiful, clear water and white sand. The owners are great, friendly, and go out of their way to accomodate your needs. We will be back again and again as this is an excellent place to stay!! Just got back from our third stay at this condo. It is beautiful and can't wait to go back again. The beach is beautiful, the condo is beautiful and brightly decorated, the staff at the complex are great, and the owners are the best and extremely friendly. My son got involved with the activities room they have and he loved it and wanted to go back again and again. They have this enormous slide on the beach for the visitors of the condo and it was the highlight of my son's trip, as was the huge pool. Being a youth minister, I was looking for a place to bring a small group of kids to the beach to enjoy a weekend of fun and fellowship. This was by far an excellent choice for our group. The condo was roomy, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with supplies for cooking in (if that's what you choose). With a beachfront location and a wonderful pool area, there was something to accomodate everyone. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We loved this condo. The layout and size was even better than expected when we walked thru the door. The decor was joyful without being over the top. Plenty of room for parents, pre-teens and teens. All of Boardwalk property is the cleanest I have seen in PC Beach. This will be the first place we look for a vacancy when returning to PC Beach.

We have stayed at several condos at the Boardwalk Beach Resort and this is one of our favorites. Everything a family needs for a memorable stay--including beach toys--is available in this brightly decorated unit. The kids loved the bunk room while the adults loved the amazing views, nicely appointed kitchen and the great master bedroom suite. Wireless internet let us stay as connected to home as we wanted to be while relaxing in this beautiful condo. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful Florida home! We will be back.

This condo is wonderfully decorated. There were six in our party and it was very comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants, we really didn't need our car. Terrific heated pool, and great beach access. Communication with the owner was easy. We hope to go back SOON.

We had a wonderful stay in your condo @ Boardwalk Beach Resort. The location & staff are excellent. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our family which included 2 small boys & grandparents. The view is perfect! We loved the layout & decor, but especially enjoyed the kitchen & the balcony. We would stay here again on any future trips to Panama City Beach! We had excellent meals from the Saltwater Grill (which the condo staff recommended) and Sharky's! Great blues band @ Pineapple Willie's.

Your place is absolutely beautiful! Wonderfully decorated with everything provided that anyone would need to have a great vacation. Beautiful ocean sunsets. The staff at the Resort kept everything in tip top shape. We enjoyed the hot tubs and tiki bar. Hope we can come back again.

We had the best time this past week in Panama City Beach. Your condo was wonderful and very beautifully decorated. We all absolutely loved the colors and the view. Being on the 16th floor gave us a great view for "Thunder Over Panama" on the 4th. The fireworks went on for hours. GREAT CONDO-GREAT BEACH!

We had a great time at your condo in Florida this past week. Thanks so much for allowing us the opportunity to stay there. We did check out Pier Park, and it was great.
