Beautifully furnished private mountain home offers 3680 sq.ft and is located in Steamboat's prestigious south valley only 6 miles from town. Country setting with incredible 180 degree views of the Yampa valley nestled on the base of Rabbit Ears Pass on 35 acres.

This luxury home provides 3 levels of living space to accomodate up to 9 people comfortably.
With a kitchen open to the dining area and the living room, it creates a perfect setting for families. The living Room hosts Satellite T.V. and stereo system along with amazing views!

The dining room is nestled between the kitchen and living room with large bay windows showing off the South Valley and Catamount Lake. The Log and glass dining Table seats 6 comfortably but 3 additional chairs can be added for a total of 9 people.

Master Bedroom: King Bed, sitting area, private bath with double sinks, jetted tub with views, shower.

2 Queen Rooms, shared bath.

Bunk Room - Full and twin (shared bath)

Murphy Bed, private bath.
