KUDOS is as spacious as it is beautiful, so whether you're heading to the river with a group of friends or planning a family vacation, you'll be very comfortable in KUDOS' large, stylishly decorated rooms. In the living room you'll find two sofas (one is a sleeper), a woodburning stove, and a 30" flat screen TV with DVD in the rustic pine armoire, as well as sliding glass doors leading to the back deck. And of course, wireless high speed internet access. The house has both central heat and air conditioning, so you can regulate the temperature in winter and summer!
One of the most amazing things about KUDOS is that each spring, the owners bring in enough sand to create a beautiful beach for your private use. Complete with fire pit! The river is about 4 feet deep here, so there is ladder access, and there is also a long neighborhood beach one block away. KUDOS comes equipped with 2 kayaks and a 2-person inflatable raft for your use.
The long back deck spans the length of the house and has wonderfully comfortable furniture, a 2 person swing, gas grill, and 5 person hot tub, all overlooking the river. There's plenty of sun, and a market umbrella for shade. KUDOS is located in one of the quietest areas of the Russian River, so you'll get lots of peace and tranquility here.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, from coffee maker and grinder to blender and dishwasher. Like the living room, dining room and twin bedroom, the kitchen has beautiful views of the river beyond the large deck.
KUDOS has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with 2 twin beds, as well as a sleeper sofa in the huge living room, so it can sleep 8 comfortably. All of the bedrooms have vaulted wood ceilings and two have lovely queen size beds. You will love the high quality linens and quilts. The third bedroom is a sweet and sunny room with great river views and two twin beds that can be pushed together if you like. It's a perfect, peaceful retreat!
There are 2 full baths at KUDOS, one with tub and shower, the other with a shower stall. Both baths have been stylishly updated with lovely tile and upscale fixtures.
