We are 2 hrs from San Francisco, Sacramento, Pacific Coast, Redwood Forest; 1 hr to Napa Valley. We have an array of outdoor sports available, from swimming, boating, hiking, bird watching,tennis, golf, to world class bass fishing. We have wonderful parks with wildlife tours and friday concerts during summer. There are museums, theatres, restaurants, shopping, antique stores, wineries, Nevada style gaming, something for everyone!! The property is right across the street from the Lakeport schools, community pool, and school playgrounds. The neighborhood is alive with activity during the day, and typically for a family area, quiets down in the evening. Adults can enjoy live entertainment at Konocti Resorts, wine tasting, bass fishing, hiking, and the bird watching on the lake. This property is ideally located close enough to town to make errands easy, and far enough away to see the brilliant sky at night.
