The house, the location, the appointments within the house were perfect. I do not remember ever staying in a house K like yours. Everything you have in the house is top shelf. You sem to take care of your house like I do. Nice to see that there are other people out there like me. It was a pleasure being at your house for the week. We are very reluctant to leave. You have helped make this an easy trip! What's not to like--The Beach Butlers are shopping-delivering AND putting away groceries. What a great help! We truly loved the houses and the neighborhood was totally fun. We went to hear the band (free Monday nights/"Concert on the Green"), saw the movie (free Wednesday nights/outdoors), and some are going to Karaoke night tonight after they are packed. K, Delighted! (for you to use the email I sent you)--What an amazing set of houses you have in Carillon Beach! My husband and I (and our boys) stayed in the Banana Cabana last week (while our friends stayed in the main house). We loved the set up and thought that these were the nicest and best appointed houses we've stayed at ever. You really went out of your way to think of everything and to make it convenient for your guests! Your great taste in decorating and your attention to detail made the whole experience so enjoyable! We received our deposit check back yesterday (three days after departure). One thing I forgot to mention was how nice it was to have our very own Bahama Mama and Banana Cabana beach lounges, and Kyle (beach lounge service attendant) was very helpful. Both The Bahama Mama and the Banana Cabana could not have been more lovely or more inviting! You did a beautiful job in decorating both. Always a small world - I was talking to our dear friends last night, and was telling them about our trip. One thing led to another!! They (had been there) agreed with me about how beautiful they are and what a great place to visit!! We will be in touch and thanks again for sharing!! Ya'll were a dream to work with - made the process easy! Your house was amazing - gorgeous decoration! Kathi, wanted to drop you an email, and tell you our recent stay was fabulous. You have a lovely Beach Home, and our party was extremely impressed with everything. The Great Room and Beach Front Porch was a wonderful gathering place. Our Culinary Professionals said your kitchen was well equipped for some tremendous meals we enjoyed. The weather could not have been any better while we enjoyed the golf at Shark's Tooth, and Camp Creek. Thanks for allowing us to rent your home. I have another group of golfers coming down in October for a week; would you have any interest in renting your home--let me know if you are interested. Just wanted to let you know what a great time we had at the beach. Your beach home is beautiful and the view of the ocean is incredible. Especially the colors of that beautiful water. The house worked wonderful for all the guests and they wanted me to let you know how beautiful the house is and so comfy. We had wonderful weather only one afternoon storm. It was so fun to sit on the porch and watch it come in . . . and we had a fantastic rainbow after the rain! The guys caught 32 lbs. of fish on their fishing trip, the most successful trip so far. We really enjoyed the pool too. Everything was awesome. Thanks for sharing it with us. Have a great summer! I am keeping all your info so I can contact you about next summer. Thanks again. we stayed at bahama mama and banana cabana in november 2008 . . . from the balconies, the sunsets over the ocean were magnificent . . . . both beach houses are really better than the website pictures . . . loved the floorplan of the houses . . . all open and ultra contemporary . . . everything is top of the line from kitchen appliances to a big lcd tv in every bedroom . . . the surrounding communities are upscale and really reminded me of european design and culture . . . . great spot for a family vacation or a group of friends looking to split the cost . . . highly recommended !!! ds (nov 15--22, 2008)/indianapolis, in
