The villa is in South Gulf Cove situated East of Rotunda on the Cape haze Peninsular. It is 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Boco Grande and 15 minutes from the lively boardwalks of Englewood. Port Charlotte town centre is a 10-15 minute drive providing excellent shopping and restaurant facilities.
We are 5 minutes from fishing and boat facilities and for the golfer there are 22 golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
This new luxury villa sleeps 8-10 in comfort. The 2 master suites have ensuite facilities that include: walk in wardrobes, private spa baths, double walk in showers, his/hers vanity units. The 2 twin bedrooms have a shared bath/shower room with vanity unit, this can also be used independently.
Both master suites open out onto the Lanai/pool patio and give a lovely view of the rear garden and waterway. The 5th bedroom/den has a double pull out sofa bed, the 4th shower room and vanity unit is near to the den. The den also houses a large flat screen TV and DVD system for your enjoyment.
The living area is open plan and comprises a comfortable lounge and 3 dining areas, a formal dining room, a dinette and breakfast bar. The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave plus other electrical gadgets and full crockery and cutlery. The utility room has full washing and drying facilities. The master suites open out onto the pool deck/lanai as do the patio doors of the lounge and dinette.
The lanai has plenty of furniture for your relaxation and enjoyment. It comprises a dining area, and gas BBQ as well as chairs, coffee tables and sun loungers.
The villa is fully air conditioned and also has fans in each room. The outdoor heated pool (25'x15') and spa are caged and has a child safety guard. There are pool toys and floating beds for use in the pool. We have everything you will need for a comfortable stay.
