The building is in the heart of the Gold Coast/ Diamond Head neighborhood which is the quiet side of Waikiki. Its a 5 minute walk to Waikiki shopping but in a tranquil setting. The neighborhood includes some of the most exclusive condominium buildings on Oahu and the W Hotel.
The spacious unit features a very large outdoor courtyard lanai. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. This first floor unit is only steps to the buildings private ocean access gate and oceanfront lounge area. This vacation Condominium has new designer furnishings from Pacific Home and appointments, including linens, towels, and full kitchen tools.
Kitchen includes: new granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plus all small kitchen appliances (dishes, cutlery...), Lanai dining table seats two comfortably.
RESERVATIONS:
A $500 refundable security deposit is require to confirm reservation. First month's rent is due 30 days before arrival.
Last month's rent plus cleaning charge of $145 is due 30 days before departure.
