From this beautiful two-bedroom villa located on the fourth floor of a five-story building, you will enjoy luxurious and comfortable accommodations for eight. With 1442 square feet of meticulously maintained living space, this villa is truly luxurious. To view the spectacular Atlantic Ocean each morning, simply open your eyes--each bedroom provides a stunning panorama through the nine-foot floor to ceiling windows--which are also in the Oceanside living room. Or, take your coffee and newspaper to the private balcony, with seating for four, where the sound of ocean waves will complete your morning in paradise.
While you may wish to sample some of the excellent restaurants on the Island that cater to every taste and palate, should you decide to cook, you will find the kitchen fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, range, oven, microwave and numerous small appliances to make your meal preparation easy and fun. Off of the kitchen is a laundry room, with a full sized washer and dryer along with iron and ironing board--however, in this casual tropical atmosphere, casual is the key fashion watch word. The kitchen is framed by a tiled bar with two bar stools so no one need ever be lonely while cooking. The dining room has lovely seating for six.
The gorgeous living room has a sectional sofa with a pullout queen sized bed. There is also a matching chair and ottoman for cozy reading. Both pieces were newly installed in October, 2009. In the entertainment unit, you will find a large HDTV with access to 80+ channels, DVD player, DVD library, and an assortment of games and puzzles for those family game nights. For the music lover, a CD/cassette/radio “boom box,” along with an assortment of CDs awaits your listening pleasure. DON'T FORGET THE FREE WI-FI CAPABILITY - bring your laptop - no need to be disconnected!
The first bedroom is furnished in white wicker with two queen sized beds, HDTV/DVD and a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, HDTV/DVD and access to the private balcony--also available through the living room. This room also has a walk-in closet, and ample bathroom with jetted tub/shower combination.
Windsor Court provides a ground floor parking garage, along with two elevators for easy access to all five floors. There is a private pool accessible by residents and guests only--within the pool complex is a large pool, seasonally heated, with sheltered as well as sunny seating, children’s’ wading pool, large hot tub, restrooms, and covered gazebo area with built in BBQ grill for poolside dining or cocktails. Lush tropical landscaping and lagoon pools surround the pool complex; every season has its own beauty.
Windsor Court is located in the Leamington section of Palmetto Dunes, which makes it very private and secure--accessible only through a gate with 24 hour live security on duty. We provide a pass for your car for access. We also provide you with access to an on-island concierge--should you need anything at all during your stay, or have any questions, one call will do it all!
The ocean, and beautiful, wide, private beach, is steps away via the newly renovated boardwalk, complete with showers for rinsing sand off of your feet. Wildlife is often spotted on the beach; dolphins are frequently seen playing in the water.
Palmetto Dunes Resort offers everything a vacationer could desire, from three signature golf courses and top rated tennis to miles of ocean beach to a fashionable yacht harbor.
There is nothing to compare with riding a bike along the smooth, pristine beach during low tide. And from the beach, miles and miles of safe biking trails wind around lagoons and along the golf courses, providing for never ending interest as you ride. Canoing through the lagoon system is always a fun family activity--rarely are alligators seen, but they always provide something to look for!
