Beautiful condo on the water. Great view of water from inside and out. Relax on the patio and enjoy the scene. You can watch the kids in the pool from here. This is a great location to see all kinds of boating activity! You can fish from the beach and the docks, watch the sunset and see local fireworks at the holidays. How about just relaxing on the sofa and seeing nature at it's best. Plenty of wildlife including dolphins, sea gulls, and many more. It's right outside your door.

All the furnishings are clean!! Bring the family and stay a while, you won't want to leave!! We have high speed internet to keep you in touch with the family back home. We are in a convenient location just outside of the main tourist traffic. You only have to be in heavy traffic if you want too! Close to the sandy white gulf beaches and delicious restaurants. We are also 4 miles from the Emerald Coast Convention Center.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

It's perfectly located near downtown Fort Walton Beach. We love being close to all the restaurants and shopping centers. And most of all, we enjoyed being on the water and watching the wildlife and all the boats go by. Being on the Sound, we are also in the Intercoastal Waterway. Many different boats pass by here. And we can see it all from our living room. That's the best part.

Hi, we are Bill and Wende Harrison from Atlanta. We have enjoyed this condo for many years. We travel to Fort Walton Beach several times a year, and more in the summer. It's just something about the emerald waters and white sands that relaxes you and keeps us coming back over and over again, regardless of the long travel time.

    • We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. We fished and went swimming and the weather was great. As far as this condo is concerned this is the best location for fishing and swimming with a beautiful view of the bay. Thanks for having us.

    • My family and I stayed at this "home away from home" from 05/25/09-5/30/09. We were not ready to leave. We had 3 girls with us, and all of us had a wonderful time. This condo is very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. My husband and I loved being able to sit on the patio with the baby and watch the two older girls (8 & 11)go from the bay, to the pool, and to the dock, while we were able to relax. The girls never once said the word "bored". The Ocean side is also just across the bridge, with very easy access. There are plenty of things to do close by if you even want to leave the condo. To add to the experience were the people we met that live there. They were very friendly and even taught the girls how to trap crabs! My husband enjoyed many late nights on the dock fishing. It was an awesome vacation. Working with Wende was the icing on the cake. She is a very lovely person and made sure we knew she was available if needed. We hope to go back if at all possible. All the pictures and features mentioned here are exactly as it is. I would recommend this condo for any family with kids.

    • We stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful condo. It was literally steps away from the water. Watching the sunset was beautiful as well as watching people fish from the dock. We will definately be returning again.

    • If your looking for some rest and relaxation, this is the place to be! My daughters and I spent the weekend at the condo and fell in love. We had a great time, going to the beach and shopping at the outlet stores. The condo was quiet, decorated so cute, and the view of the water was spectacular. I wish that I had brought my watercolors so that I could have painted some pictures. I sat on the dock, had breakfast and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. So much to see and do! We hated to leave and can't wait to go back. Maybe in the spring time ... or next summer! We plan to go back real soon. Thanks again, Wende for sharing your special place with us.

    • We really enjoyed our vacation here.I really want to thank the Harrisons for sharing their little slice of heaven with us.I was really pleased to see how beautiful this place really was.The pictures dont do it justice.You really have made a repeat customer for life.We'll see you next summer.I also highly recommend this condo to people with children.It was so quiet and very peaceful.The other people who actually live there are very friendly.

    • My stay at this Condo was wonderful! Not only was it clean and had lots of space inside and out-being right by the water and pool area was the best! To add to it-the Fireworks display seen from the patio of the condo was awsome!

    • We had a party of 5 and had plenty of space. This is a great condo and more than worth the price. The inside is decorated beautifully and the access to the water is just perfect. My kids had a blast going out and playing in the sand and water while we sat on the patio and watched them. There wasn't anything that we could have wanted that this condo did not offer and my dealings with the owner(s) was pleasant and painless. I wish we could have stayed longer and this will be our first choice on our next trip. I just can't say enough good things about the condo or the owner(s).
