Not only is this a gated community but this home is just six houses down from the pavilion and steps away from the Wild Dunes pool, tennis courts, excellent food and many other amenities. The sport card package is included in this rental which will allow you to have access to golfing, tennis, etc.
There are three floors overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in this amazing rental property. The first floor there are three bedrooms each distinctively manicured to fit your needs. There are also three full bathrooms on this floor. These bedrooms all have ceiling fans as well. The first queen bedroom has a television in it while the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed.
The middle level is where the kitchen is located having all stainless appliances in this area. The fourth bedroom is located on this level having a queen bed, ceiling fans and a full bathroom. The laundry room is also located on this level for doing all the laundry after a long day on the beach. There is also a half bath located on the middle level. In the living room area there is a wet bar located here. The kitchen seats eight and two at the breakfast bar. Enjoy the 37 inch plasma screen television along with dvd in the main living area along with a stereo and CD player. There is porch access which overlooks the boardwalk and you are only thirty feet from the beach access.
The third level there is a second living area which is adjacent to the master bedroom and master bath. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, television and a private porch. The master bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower along with a separate toilet. There is also a wet bar on this level. There is a three car garage and can fit a total of five in the driveway. Along with the convenient location in the Wild Dunes you could not possibly go wrong with staying here.
