The Holiday House is an ocean front, five bedroom house located in the Grand Pavilion community which is in the heart of Wild Dunes Resort. Your family will be able to overlook the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean from large decks located on all 3 floors of this amazing home.
The first level features one of the two master bedrooms...oceanfront with a deck...king bed+private bath. There are also 2 additional bedrooms on this floor....one queen and one with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a private bath.
The middle floor features the living room...oceanfront with a deck, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, half bath, and one guest room +private bath.
The living room has breath taking views of the Atlantic and features comfortable furniture and a large flat screen TV. The dining room has seating for 8 with 2 additional seats at the bar. The kitchen is slightly elevated so the chef will have views of the ocean while at work preparing great family meals. Appliances are stainless steel and the kitchen is well stocked.
The second master bedroom is on the top floor, also ocean front with large deck. The bedroom is very spacious with a beautiful four poster king bed.
The large master bath has a garden tub and large separate shower. Also located on this floor is a nursery with a crib, changing table and rocking chair; second living area with a loveseat and queen sleeper sofa; a wet bar with refrigerator; TV and card table for family games.
The ground level features parking for six cars as well as an outdoor shower perfectly located by the side entrance which is only steps away from the boardwalk to the beach.
The Holiday House is located on a beautiful wide section of the beach where waves break along a sandbar just to the North. It frames a perfect setting for sandcastle building, bocce ball, a game of volley ball, or racing down a wave on your boogie board. Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up daily for rental in front of the Grand Pavilion.
While staying at the Holiday House you will have access to two oceanfront swimming pools on the Boardwalk. You will find at the Boardwalk by the pool a beach restaurant, beach bar, ice cream shop, and surf shop. Entertainment can be found here most nights and many afternoons during the summer.
The Holiday House features the Wild Dunes Sports Card which provides access to many of the Wild Dunes Private Club amenities such as the Wild Dunes Tennis Center, Wild Dunes Fitness Center, and the Wild Dunes Lap Pool.
Similar to daily green fees to play golf, most of the Wild Dunes amenities require a daily fee to access. In addition to the club amenities Wild Dunes Resort offers miles of private bike trails, three restaurants, spa, shopping, playground, and two golf courses including the well known Wild Dunes Links Golf Course.
