Floor to ceiling windows offer stellar views of Lake Dillon and the extensive mountain range from Red Mountain to the peaks of Breckenridge. This unit is located on the ground level just a few steps away from the new year round hot tub where you can relax and take in the stunning views, and the pool which is open during the summer season.
The living and dining areas feature a stone wood-burning (wood provided) fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows with views across the lake to the Dillon Marina and the mountains beyond. The adjoining kitchen has new custom granite countertops, new refrigeator, dishwasher, sink, disposal, microwave and all new cookware and dishes, and is fully equipped with spices and utensils to accommodate the casual or serious cook. In the summer the patio with gas grill is wonderful for summer dining, entertaining and taking in the spectacular sunsets.
The bedrooms both have soft cotton flannel sheets in winter and all cotton linens during the warmer weather. It's our pleasure to provide an exceptional array of toiletries and oversized Egyptian cotton spa towels. The master bedroom has a queen sleigh bed and there are two twin beds in the second bedroom which can convert to a king-sized bed, plus a new queen sleeper/sofa in the living room.
Personal touches that we hope you will enjoy include original art work, lots of books, Stereo/CD player(with cd's) and iPod dock, huge flat screen HDTV with DVD/VCR player and Broadband WiFi Internet. There is a 2nd TV in the Master Bedroom.
This is an ideal location for all seasons. In winter you can ski at any of five world class resorts in the area. We are less than ten minutes to Keystone, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge or Copper Mountain, and 35 minutes to Vail/Beaver Creek. Summit County has a free shuttle bus to Keystone and Frisco, with connections to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. You will also have access to snow-shoeing and cross country skiing from the front door or visit the Nordic Center in Frisco which is minutes away.
In the summer enjoy the miles of paved biking and hiking trails that stretch from Keystone to Breckenridge. You'll be just a short walk to the Dillon Marina where you can sail, kayak or canoe, or just have lunch at the Tiki Bar and mingle with the locals. The weekly Farmer's market will entice you with the huge selection of arts and crafts and artisan food specialities. The Dillon amphitheater hosts many free concerts in the summer and stunning fireworks displays on special holidays. Shopping includes many quaint shops in Frisco and Breckenridge and the Silverthorne factory outlet stores. Take advantage of the live theatre in Dillon and the many restaurants of Summit County.
Enjoy this sports lovers paradise by taking advantage of all that Summit County has to offer, or do as we often do and sit by the fire with a good book and a glass of wine and watch the ever changing weather develop over the mountains and lake.

My family and I were fortunate enough to spend the holiday season skiing in Summit County, Colorado. What’s more, we were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful condo overlooking Lake Dillon, just minutes away from Key Stone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain ski resorts. In the description, the owner mentioned it was just remodeled. She thought of every little detail to give you all the conveniences of home but added luxurious comfort of a vacation: a nightlight in the second bathroom if you bring kids, steamer in the master shower to warm up tired and sore muscles, and artwork that give the condo personality and warmth you’d never find in a hotel! I was very impressed by the thought and effort the owner put into this condo, providing an enjoyable stay.
The new modern kitchen with cabinet lighting and granite countertops is fully stocked with plenty of spices, cooking oils, condiments, and any kitchen tool you’d ever need for cooking here. Make yourself a great cup of coffee with the coffee maker while you enjoy the fabulous view of Lake Dillon.
The living room furniture was extremely comfortable, perfect for ending the day relaxing with a movie or TV show in front of the fireplace. Record your own program using the DVR! Internet strength was great if you bring a computer.
The beds were very comfortable. We all slept well on the memory foam. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets if you need more.
My personal favorite was the master bathroom. The shower is large and as mentioned, has its own steamer!
Everything was very clean when we arrived. And the owner was very helpful and responsive during our stay, offering us any help we needed. I hope to return again and would recommend this Lake Dillon condo to any traveler.

We stayed at this lovely condo over Christmas of 2011. The condo was better than described. Great location...beautifully decorated. The steam shower was fantastic. Owners were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to all.
Owner response:Hi Karen, Thank you so much for the great review. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and we would love to host you again anytime. Have a lovely winter. Nancy

Probably the most gorgeous view of any place we have ever stayed. Photos do not do it justice!! Only condos in Dillon that are on the waterfront. Accommodations were very comfortable and it is a great place to just hang out, bar-b-que and admire the view. Plenty of activities for everyone in the family whether it is summer or winter. We enjoyed fishing, watching the sailboats, and a late lunch with live music at the Tiki Bar at the Dillon Marina. The entire experience gets a big "thumbs up".

Clean, modern and comfortable condo with one of the best locations ever. There were miriad things to do for fun, but many times we found ourselves staying on the terrace, admiring the view, recharging our batteries and feeling plain happy. We will be back for more.

We've vacationed in Dillon for over 30 years. This is as nice a condo as we've ever stayed in, and hands down the best supplied. It obviously has had a recent and very high quality renovation. The views are spectacular. Thanks, Nancy for sharing your beautiful home with us - we will certainly return.

Our family just returned from a wonderful Spring break on the shores of Lake Dillon. The skiing was awesome, but the accomodations far exceeded our expectations. This property is updated with top of the line kitchen including high end granite countertops....no need to take anything, it was very well equipped. The property is clean and well maintained. The towel folded in the shape of a swan got my grandson's attention! The photos on line are nice, but the property, perfectly located is much NICER!

My family and I had a great time staying in this condo during our ski vacation. It is centrally located to many resorts. The condo itself was very comfortable for our family of five, our 11-year old slept on the couch in the living room. We have been renting private homes for vacations for well over a decade now, and this was one of the best. The kitchen was well-stocked with those little things that you hate to buy while renting a home, like oil, salt & pepper, all sorts of spices, even Tabasco sauce! The beds were comfortable, and the steam shower felt great after a day of skiing. We will very likely be looking to stay here again on our next Colorado vacation.

I had a nice stay here in Jan. 2011. It is an extremely easy location to find, and close to any shopping needs your gonna need. Terrific view of lake Dillon and the peaks that surround it. The condo has been recently updated and has all the modern conveniences you will need plus some nice artistic touches that make it special. The kitchen was appointed with everything needed to cook any meal, which is always helpful, just add ingredients. It has an excellent location for skiers and snowboarders. Vail is about a half hour away, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain are all within 20min. If your into exploring all Colorado has to offer on the slopes in the winter, this is the spot. At the end of the day, the hot tub is just steps away from your door overlooking the lake. Judging by all the boats in storage, this is probably a pretty relaxing summer retreat as well. I would definitely stay here again, great value, great vibe! Colorado rocks!

I rented this unit about a week before my ski trip. I was very surprised and exceeded my expectations. There was a total of 5 of us on the trip and we had plenty of room. The unit has everything you need except for food. Wifi, cable with DVR, working bbq on the terrace, 2 large modern bathrooms with shower, working fireplace, plus a lot more. It is on the first floor and the entrance is feet away from the parking lot, so it is very convenient if you have to haul ski equipment back and forth. It is about 10 min from Keystone, 5 min from I70 and more importantly about 2 min from Grocery and other major shopping stores. Great unit, will try to book it next time I'm planning a ski trip in that area.
