We just got back from an amazing 3 nights and 3 days at this fantastic condo!! The location on Lake Dillon was fantastic with spectacular views!! The owners did a great job on the total remodel of this unit!! I look forward to coming back during the summer to enjoy it even more!! This condo is beautifully decorated and feels brand new. Stayed for four nights to go skiing and the convenience of the location to restaurants and shops in Dillon was great. Beautiful view of Lake Dillon. The owner was great to deal with. Would definitely stay there again!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was fantastic! The condo was extremely homey. The kitchen was well stocked (all the cooking items you'd need, spices, stock items), the place was very clean. Dillon is a small town, but for us, it was all we wanted and needed. We were within an easy drive to any major mountain (we skied Vale, Keystone, and Copper; VERY easy to get to). We also visited Breckenridge for New Years (fireworks!), and that was a very easy drive as well. There's a cheap ski shop just down the road from the condo. Everything was just so easy and fun! Big thanks to Nancy for her patience as we sifted through a lot of places, but we are SO GLAD we stayed there. We would definitely return. The view of the lake was gorgeous to look at while drinking french press coffee by the fire place. The steam shower was really nice to come back to after a day on the slopes. It was just a very relaxing place to get away from the busyness of life. This was my first VRBO (or Homeaway) experience, and it was a great one. If you are questioning this place, question no more. It was nice, quiet, peaceful, accessible. Just what we were looking for!

We stayed at this lovely condo over Christmas of 2011. The condo was better than described. Great location...beautifully decorated. The steam shower was fantastic. Owners were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to all.

Simply Beautiful

Probably the most gorgeous view of any place we have ever stayed. Photos do not do it justice!! Only condos in Dillon that are on the waterfront. Accommodations were very comfortable and it is a great place to just hang out, bar-b-que and admire the view. Plenty of activities for everyone in the family whether it is summer or winter. We enjoyed fishing, watching the sailboats, and a late lunch with live music at the Tiki Bar at the Dillon Marina. The entire experience gets a big "thumbs up".

Clean, modern and comfortable condo with one of the best locations ever. There were miriad things to do for fun, but many times we found ourselves staying on the terrace, admiring the view, recharging our batteries and feeling plain happy. We will be back for more.

We've vacationed in Dillon for over 30 years. This is as nice a condo as we've ever stayed in, and hands down the best supplied. It obviously has had a recent and very high quality renovation. Spring Break 2011!

Our family just returned from a wonderful Spring break on the shores of Lake Dillon. The skiing was awesome, but the accomodations far exceeded our expectations. This property is updated with top of the line kitchen including high end granite countertops....no need to take anything, it was very well equipped. The property is clean and well maintained. The towel folded in the shape of a swan got my grandson's attention! The photos on line are nice, but the property, perfectly located is much NICER!

My family and I had a great time staying in this condo during our ski vacation. It is centrally located to many resorts. The condo itself was very comfortable for our family of five, our 11-year old slept on the couch in the living room. We have been renting private homes for vacations for well over a decade now, and this was one of the best. The kitchen was well-stocked with those little things that you hate to buy while renting a home, like oil, salt & pepper, all sorts of spices, even Tabasco sauce! The beds were comfortable, and the steam shower felt great after a day of skiing. We will very likely be looking to stay here again on our next Colorado vacation.

Stayed here for a couple of days skiing with my daughter and her friend. Condo is spacious and well done. Views are awesome of lake and mountains. Want to come back in the summer with my sweetheart to enjoy the romantic sunset over them. Well cared for property you won't regret staying here!

Ski Trip Jan 2011

I rented this unit about a week before my ski trip. I was very surprised and exceeded my expectations. There was a total of 5 of us on the trip and we had plenty of room. The unit has everything you need except for food. Wifi, cable with DVR, working bbq on the terrace, 2 large modern bathrooms with shower, working fireplace, plus a lot more. It is on the first floor and the entrance is feet away from the parking lot, so it is very convenient if you have to haul ski equipment back and forth. It is about 10 min from Keystone, 5 min from I70 and more importantly about 2 min from Grocery and other major shopping stores. Great unit, will try to book it next time I'm planning a ski trip in that area.

I had a nice stay here in Jan. 2011. It is an extremely easy location to find, and close to any shopping needs your gonna need. Terrific view of lake Dillon and the peaks that surround it. The condo has been recently updated and has all the modern conveniences you will need plus some nice artistic touches that make it special. The kitchen was appointed with everything needed to cook any meal, which is always helpful, just add ingredients. It has an excellent location for skiers and snowboarders. Vail is about a half hour away, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain are all within 20min. If your into exploring all Colorado has to offer on the slopes in the winter, this is the spot. At the end of the day, the hot tub is just steps away from your door overlooking the lake. Judging by all the boats in storage, this is probably a pretty relaxing summer retreat as well. I would definitely stay here again, great value, great vibe! Colorado rocks!

Awesome condo! We had the pleasure of spending New Years Eve here and were so thrilled when we arrived and saw how wonderfully decorated it is. I have never seen a kitchen so fully equipped in all my years of renting. We will be spending a month in August we loved it so much! The steam shower in the master bathroom is such a luxury! You will not go wrong in renting this beautiful unit! Enjoy!!!

Thanks Nancy for allowing us to rent your condo. My wife, my son, and I had a great time. The unit was perfect and clean as promised. The steam shower was great. We were the first group of people to stay in the unit after it was remodeled. The remodel was done very tastefully with attention to detail, I build have built several custom homes in south texas and I was impressed. My family and I will certainly be back!

Comfort vs. View

I thought I should write a review because the majority are owner submitted comments and others need to be aware of some issues with this rental. I would rate the view and location on Lake Dillon as excellent, but I cannot offer the same for some aspects of the unit. Week stay . . . 1) When we arrived broadband/wi-fi service was not functioning as promised, and this was very inconvenient. (Emailed the owner via Starbucks because no service at unit, and requested contact from owner via cell because no internet service at unit, but received no call-back.) 2) CD player does not work (volume control disfunctional - minor issue). 3) Carpeting was desperately in need of cleaning (absolutely filthy in main bedroom & living room). 4) Probably the most disappointing condition, however, was the queen mattress. You could feel the springs through the mattress when you would lay down, and it offered very very poor support. (One pays to get a good night's sleep . . . should be a priority item. Suspect twin beds are the same.) The worst I've ever slept on and I've rented many units over the years. (Couch was more comfortable.) Ovewall would rate this unit 5 stars for location/view but fair to poor because of the above issues. Will not rent here again.

Owner response:I was very surprised at these comments and must address the complaints of this visitor. First, I immediately responded to his call regarding the wireless internet, and gave him a temporary code. Apparently the router was not working when he arrived and I was unaware of it until his call. He was only without the internet for a day or less, but makes no mention of that in his comments. Second, I was unaware of the CD player malfunction. I have since replaced it with a new Sony HI-FI component system, CD, MP3, and direct dock for iPods. Third, I have not had any complaints about the bed in 3 years and even the guests who followed this gentleman had no complaints, and in fact emailed me that it was very comfortable. I have, however, added a memory foam mattress pad, so it is even more comfortable than before. Lastly, there were a few spots on the carpet from previous spills, but it certainly was not "filthy". I have a very excellent cleaning crew who come in after each guest and they always spot clean the carpet. This no longer is a a concern at all since it has been replaced with Brazilian Koa hardwood in the main living areas and new carpet in the bedrooms. I am very sorry that this guest was unhappy with his stay, but feel that he unfairly criticized the unit. Please read the other comments from guests who were very happy with the unit. I am just completing a gutting and remodel of the condo and will have new photos up on VRBO by December. Thank you for your consideration. Nancy

Relaxing and rejuvinating, this property was everything it advertised. It was easy to share with another couple, because each bedroom has its own bath. Views were spectacular, the pool and hot tub were clean, and the condo's location next to empty shoreline and bike trails was especially nice. Close to many mountain communities and shopping, we regretted not having more time. Because the neighbors are so helpful, one immediately feels part of the family at this location. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, watching fishing and people walking dogs with a moutain backdrop, this is definitely the place. We would love to come again.

I have stayed at Nancy's condo a number of times and have always found it to be exactly as described, only better. It is beautifully located, has fantastic views and is the most well stocked of any VRBO condo I have stayed in. The ambiance is complemented by all of the original art and books, CD collection and fireplace. I will definitely keep returning to this condo.

We had a wonderful stay in Nancy's condo with our two teens and my mom. It was centrally located for our ski vacation - we skiied one day each at Copper, Breck, A-basin, and Keystone. The ground floor level was convenient for carrying in our luggage and gear (and for accessing the hot tub)! And the view was spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

Hi Nancy, Your condo was perfect for our needs, actually it was beyond perfect. My father was able to fish without having to walk but a few yards. My mother loves to read, so the picture windows and the deck made a perfect spot for her to do her reading. We enjoyed everything from the view, lake, pool, hot tub, fishing with the kids and chatting with your condo neighbors. The property manager was extremely helpful and always had a smile on his face. Thanks for sharing your warm, welcoming condo! As stated on VRBO you have beautiful views which were enjoyed by all, including my 86 year old mother, who accompanied us. (1st floor also appreciated). We had a great tine and your location could not have been better! Everything about your place made us feel at home. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the best rental we ever stayed in! There was another family in the Condo upstairs and the kids were fishing everyday - my two kids got a kick out of that! My son even caught a fish!
