Relax in the quiet beauty of Siesta Key. Our gulf-side villa is in one of Siesta Key's most beautiful developments -- only a few steps from the white powder sand of Crescent Beach. The villa is a private, oceanside home- just a three minute stroll down the palm-lined drive to the beach.
The villa features a comfortably furnished living room, a dining room, lanai, two well-appointed bedrooms, two full baths and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has full refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, disposal, toaster oven, blender, micowave and more. The enclosed garage is attached and has a convenient keypad operator. Amenities include a 2 phones, fax, and answering machine. There are (3)HD LCD TV's, DVD players for each TV, CD-Stereo and ceiling fans. The living room TV is a 42" LCD with HD service, DVR and Blu-Ray player. A full size washer and Dryer have just been added.
The master bedroom has a king bed and there are two double beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have a full wall of closets. The kitchen has a domed ceiling, white cabinets and designer tile back-splashes. The entire villa was recently tiled thruout, and one bathroom completely renovated. The second bathroom was recently updated. There is a large area rug in the living room. The villa is tastefully furnished, and bright.
Enjoy the privacy of our end unit on a side lane. There is a pool only a few steps away down the street, and another pool overlooking the beach. Shopping and dining are just a short walk or drive away.

Why the Owner Chose Crystal Sands
My family has been going to Siesta Key since 1960. It sure is a different place now, but you can still find the casual beach lifestyle that made it popular. My parents bought a condo in Crystal Sands when it was being built, and it was natural for us to be in the same complex when we were buying. We never get tired of being there, our kids love going, and we are always looking forward to our next visit whenever we leave.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium Villa
Number one is, of course, Crescent Beach. Its a wide, flat beach where the sand does not get hot, and it goes for miles. Within Crystal Sands, you will find a more residential feeling development. The villas are on small streets that run off the main drive; there isn't a stream of traffic running past your door. It is quiet and safe. The grounds are beautiful, and well maintained. The pools are beautiful.
Siesta Key is a beach community, and we've tried to provide that comfortable beach experience in our condo. We hope you will agree!

Debbie and I live in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. Both of our families are from here, and most of our families are still here. We have a pretty quiet life, and enjoy spending time with our two boys. Winter is too long in Cleveland, and we always look forward to our next chance to be on Siesta Key!
