Great Family Villa!

This was our second stay in this unit. The unit is great for families and well maintained. The unit has always been clean. We like the extra large bedroom and updated bath. The garage keeps our car cool. There is a great screened lanai off the den. The washer and dryer are a must when you have a family and they are recently installed. The owner is super nice to work with. I would definitely recommend this villa!

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa was in excellent condition, upgraded, had internet access, great TV in living room. The listing was accurate, the photos described the location, the property well maintained and cleaned. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We have been to Siesta Key on multiple occasions and this was definitely one of our favorite locations! Highlights for us were the beach-side pool, easy access to the beach and bathroom and kitchen updates in the villa. We have a 2 and 4-year-old and the owners even provided plenty of beach toys and other fun stuff to keep them entertained. The owners were also extremely easy to work with and made all of the transactions very smooth. I highly recommend this villa for most everyone.

My husband and I took my daughter and two granddaughters to this wonderful unit! It was immaculate! This is saying alot for a "clean freak" like myself. The extra bedroom was huge and provided ample space for the 3 girls. Loved everything about it. The owner was super nice and transactions were very simple. We highly recommend Villa #7.

We spent a week at Crystal Sands in May, 2010. My husband and I brought our one year old baby and my mom for the week. Villa #7 was just perfect and could certainly have accommodated more people than the four of us. It was very comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. It even came stocked with plenty of beach toys. While there was not a view of the ocean, the convenience of having our own garage and laundry more than made up for it. Being able to drive right up to the door with all of our baby stuff, groceries, suitcases, etc. was priceless. The villa was as clean as a hotel, had very nice linens, plenty of towels (including beach towels) and all the tools someone would need in the kitchen to prepare a week's worth of meals (though not me!). The only small disappointment was that there was not any dedicated outdoor space (no patio, deck, etc.) The villa is on the end of the row, so we made due just by putting lawn chairs by the front door and letting the baby play in the grass. The whole Crystal Sands property is very well maintained. The two pool areas are spotlessly clean and lounge chairs are in abundance both by the pools and at the beach. If you are considering this villa, you probably already know that Cresent Beach is gorgeous. We spent most of our trip lounging, but did venture out for most meals. We highly recommend theVillage Cafe for breakfast and enjoyed Phillipi Creek for dinner. Another place in Sarasota we found that was really great and kind of different was Owen's Fish Camp. We had fried pickles, boiled peanuts, fish tacos, cheesy grits, succotash, and fried blackberry pie. Yum! The owner was great to work with and was always accessible if I had a question. Also, we made sure to clean up after ourselves and got our deposit back without any hassle. We will rent here again if we identify Siesta Key as a vacation destination again.

Ritch Lewis is just a wonderful man to deal with. This transaction was just so seamless and easy. He is readily available to take your calls and respond to your emails. The villa was perfect. I loved the fact that you could just drive into the garage and unload your things without taking elevators and such. It had all the necessities, very nicely furnished, comfortable beds, plenty of room, great location and the Crystal Sands is a great property on just a fabulous beach!! Just like home. It's just a great area it's so easy to get to anywhere from the location of the Villa. We just loved our stay there and hope to be back soon. Thanks again Ritch! I would recommend this property to anyone for a worry-free vacation.

In looking through all the photos and descriptions, we feel that they are extremely accurate, if not understated. This property is always immaculate and ever improved. There are so many amenities, that you can enjoy all the comforts of home while on a lovely holiday! Mr and Mrs Lewis are always prompt in the correspondences and very accomodating. We have referred friends and family to stay at Villa 7. We so enjoy the quiet afforded by staying here, while at the same time just being a short walk from the beach and all the fun in the sun these world renowned beaches have to offer. While staying here at Crystal Sands, you are within walking distance from several restaurants, Crescent Market where a great bottle of wine and a great little deli are available, a pharmacy and several little shops. If you want the beach atmosphere, just go a few minutes into the Village and walk around to find souvenier shops, boutiques, eateries and even live entertainment several nights a week. With a large grocery store and department stores not five minutes away, on Tamiami Dr (US 41), you will really want for nothing. Carabba's and Stonewood Grill are right around the corner, while the local gathering place for seafood is Phillippe Creeke. The Sarasota airport is only 20 minutes away, in heavy traffic, so you'll be well on your way to your vacation in no time! Our family has been coming to Siesta Key for the last 30 years and this is one of our favorite spots!

Great property on one of the World's Best Beaches

This villa is among one of the best I've rented, and at a great price during high season. The villa is spacious and inviting, with every detail attended to by the owner. Just pack a bag, everything you need is there! The huge flat screen TV was a bonus. We loved the garage, as it kept our car protected from the Florida sun and kept the sand outside the unit. Crystal Sands had great security, facilities, and friendly staff. The powdered sugar beach had chairs for everyone, even on spring break! Siesta Key has restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance. No better place to vacation in Florida!
