This beautiful all season, modern duplex is located at two minutes drive from the base of the Mount Ste Anne. There is a balcony facing the hill, which is beautifully lit for night skiing. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The dinning room, also a breakfast room that will sit 5. There is a pull-out couch in the living room, T.V./cable, a warm fire place and the "VIEW". The master bedroom has a queen bed and the two other bedrooms have a set of bunk beds in each, one of the rooms has a T.V./cable with DVD/VCR. The entrance of the house is equipped with a huge walk-in-closet for jackets, skis, snowboards etc.
So come, relax and enjoy the many different seasons in this very typical neighborhood of ST-Ferreol-les Neiges. Just 5 minutes away from the Basilica Sainte Anne de Beaupre and Mont Ste Anne, Also 25 minutes away from the Massif, la petite riviere Saint Francois and beautiful Historic Old Quebec.
