CONVENIENCES: The local Livingston Shopping Centre has 55 speciality shops and just 2 minutes by car or a pleasant 5 mins walking.The house is conveniently located close to all the freeways should you wish to travel south to our world famous wineries located in the Margaret River Wine region. Fremantle is our fishing port and has many interesting places to visits, museums, our characteric South Terrace filled with many restaurants, cafes and alternative eateries. Also in Fremantle is our local Fremantle Market Pavilion. This market is filled with local arts and crafts, fresh food stalls with our local produce. The market has small antique shops with bric-a-brac and locally made jewellery stalls.
