This is our private residence, so it is completely equipped and attractively furnished. It is a large, two-level flat (160m2) in a charming, 19th century 4-floor stone manorhouse. It has been recently renovated and it's the perfect mix of modern with old world charm. It's located on a tree-lined, quiet street in the town center, 1 block from the famous ‘Cote des Basques’ beach (with surf school) and a short 50m walk to, bakeries, shops, restaurants, theater, playground, parks and vibrant Biarritz marketplace.
It's a 4 BR/2BA home with a large, open professional chef kitchen with granite counters and cooking island. Great for those who love to cook! The kitchen leads to a private, outdoor shaded teak wood terrace, with table seating for 12 and lounge chairs, BBQ lighting, electric awning. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen contains all high-end quality amenities with 2 ovens, Liebherr-brand refrigerator, dishwasher, and more. Huge open living space off of kitchen with separate dining and sitting areas. Bose surround sound system, cable and internet access. Washer/dryer. Both the back garden terrace and front garden are private for your own use. THERE IS A 1-CAR PRIVATE GARAGE. The entrance is also separate from the other apartment in the building. Outdoor shower for convenient beach rinse off.

Enjoyed a wonderful week here in July with husband and four sons. The house is fantastic with the best kitchen I have ever rented and in the most central location I have ever stayed in France. We didn't bother renting a car for the week and really didn't need it. Everything is so close to hand - market, shops, restaurants, beaches, surf clubs etc - within a five minute walk. Loved the outdoor space, the decor, the comfort level and the feeling of privacy. Could not fault it!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My husband, me, our daughter, and my in-laws all stayed here last October and it was perfect. Biarritz is a lovely town with many beaches, winding walkways, restaurants, and so on. But what really made the trip was this lovely home. It is beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable. The owners make you feel as though it's your own home -- it's turnkey (show up, unpack your bags, enjoy!). There is plenty of room to spread out, a gorgeous kitchen to cook in, and sweet patio out back to enjoy your meals. In short, I hope very much to go back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This property enabled the best summer vacation for our family of 4 (and stated as "best summer ever" by 8 and 10 year old daughters). The house is wonderful with a huge, modern, social kitchen, comfortable and relaxing indoor and outdoor living spaces, lots of sleeping space - and all in a beautifully renovated environment full of nice architectural touches in design, materials, fixtures and furniture. And that is just the house. In fact, the house is the ideal launching pad for a spectacular vacation. No exaggeration - for the entire month we never needed the car. The location is such that you will walk to the beach, surfing, shopping, restos, food markets, town, etc. And if you use the car it will be to visit St. Sebastian in pays basques - the center of worldwide cuisine and culture. And we had 2 other families of four visit us for a week at a time (separately), and it was easy to accommodate in the house. It is a great location, house and owners. The owners are helpful, kind, flexible and easily available. We will renew this rental, and you can try to reserve it for the weeks that we do not take... A l'ete prochaine...

A truly happy experience. Loved being in the center of town and not having to spend time driving to shop. Kitchen is great with easy outdoor dining. Many details added to the comfort of this home.

This was our first time to Biarritz, and we couldn't have ask for more lovely accomadations. This home is very nicely appointed and is close to everything including open air market and the downtown area. The Basque countryside is beautiful. The owners, Debbie and Alain, were both wonderful to work with and flexible to our needs. You will not be disappointed.
