This 3 Bedroom unit is one the best in Xaman-Ha. Firstly, it is on the ground floor which means no going up and down endless stairways and halls every time you want to go back to your unit. Also, the double balcony offers your more privacy than any other unit with the same spectacular view of the beach, sea and pool.

Our condo is immaculate and fully outfitted with brand new kitchen and baths with granite and marble. There are mini split air conditioners in each room for personal temperature control. Linens and beach towels included in maid service.
We also have a Xaman Ha Spa that offers massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. Indulge!

Owner info
About the owner: We are a family of four from Maryland. We have spent many vacations here with our two children and their friends. They say there is nowhere like Playa! Our oldest graduated from Wake Forest University several years ago and he and his Sigma Chi brothers STILL come to visit!
Why the Owner Chose Xaman-Ha:
Playa has something to offer everyone. 5th Avenue has so much character in its endless selection of restaurants, cafes, galleries and shops. Plus we love snorkeling the underground cave "Cenotes" and the famous Yucatan reef.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Well I have to admit my favorite part is the spa. Getting massages several times a week is simply heaven. Plus, this year I enrolled in the Spanish Language school. Learning a language where you can actually speak it every day makes quite a difference. And the food....scrumptious and so inexpensive!
