It's time for you to get away and relax at this beautifully appointed two-story, five-bedroom beach home only four houses away from a private beach at Manomet Bluffs (60 stairs down to beach). Our open floor plan allows you to kick back, spend time with family and friends, and enjoy this peaceful destination. At the end of the day, go for a swim, BBQ on the grill or lounge away on the deck enjoying our beautiful, lush backyard.
The first level has a Great Room with new carpet, skylight bringing in lots of natural light, and a sectional sofa with sleeper bed (sleeps 2). In addition, you’ll find a fireplace, Kitchen, Breakfast Bar, Dining Room and two Bedrooms (1 Queen and 2 Twins). There is also a half bath on this level. There are two TV's, DVD player, VCR and stereo on this floor as well. Off of the Great Room is large deck with patio furniture overlooking a private backyard surrounded by trees. In addition, there is an outdoor shower and BBQ Grill off of the patio.
The second level has three Bedrooms – a Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and two Bedrooms each with two twin beds. In addition, there is a Full Bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.
There is an unfinished basement downstairs with a Washer, Dryer, second Refrigerator, and a Ping Pong Table. Finally, we offer a large driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars.

Other area amenities include fishing, water sports, and whale watching, among others. In addition, our home is located less than 10 miles from the Sagamore Bridge bringing you over to lovely Cape Cod.
