Christmas, Easter Weeks .. $1400/week (maximum 5 people)
AC is $10/night extra if requested (due to expense of electricity on the island).
50% of rental rate due at time of reservation (non-refundable)
Balance of rental due 30 days before arrival.

$500 security deposit refundable upon satisfactory checkout inspection.

Owner Description
Casa Kijo is owned and operated by Kim and Joe Wonder. Originaly from Florida, we have lived on Roatan for 6 years. We try and make sure that all of our guests enjoy there stay on Roatan.
Why the Owner Chose West End
This house (Casa Kijo)was originaly our residence here on the island. 4 years ago we purchased a piece of property on the East End of Roatan in Port Royal and built a house there. Now we offer Casa Kijo for vacation rental so that others may enjoy the beautiful island of Roatan.
