Après Vous Lodge sits on a private, slopeside cul-de-sac, a large, gracious log house and a very elegant family retreat indeed. Peaked roofs echo the tall pines and the spires of the mountains all around; Teton Village ski slopes are just outside the windows. A grand entryway leads inside, to the heart of the house: a two-story family room, with leather couches centered on a huge fieldstone fireplace. And the rooms go on – Après Vous Lodge has an open chef’s kitchen and beautiful dining room - perfect for entertaining – a butler pantry, a paneled oval office, a great game room with pool table and bar, and a whole-house sound system. Two well-appointed, four-to-six berth bunk rooms and three spacious suites – one with deck and fireplace – provide plenty of sleeping accommodations.
The house is flanked by wide, heated stone patios, which have stunning views of the ski slopes, Teton Village and Sleeping Indian Mountain, and the occasional bear, moose or fox. A large outside dining area looks outs to the slopes, while a hot tub is set in a more private, stone-walled alcove. If the fabulous views inspire you, which they’re sure to do, Après Vous Lodge has an ample ski/hike mud room with lockers, and a generous, well-lit laundry room as well. Just outside the door is a trail that leads both to the top of the ski mountain and to the Grand Teton National Park trail system. |
