Located on the popular Medano Beach, Villa La Estancia boast two health spas including the new "Desert Spa", which is a fabulous European spa & fitness center right next door. Enjoy the infinity pool with the swim-up bar and poolside restaurant. Plus there is a mini mall with supermarket/pharmacy, deli, video rental, Internet cafe, tennis courts and craft shops located on-site. All the water at the resort is purified for your convenience and safety. Plus room service is available at Villa La Estancia. It is a short walk into town via the beach or you could take a water taxi for fun! The quaint town of Cabo San Lucas has a beautiful marina with shops, boutiques, bars, nightclubs and restaurants!!
Option to rent a 31 foot air conditioned boat, with captain. The boat is equipped with professional fishing gear or can be used for diving and other recreational uses.
The spacious 2 bedroom villa interior is decorated tastefully in calming colors and is quite elegant in a comfortable setting. Travertine marble floors, 10 foot ceilings in the living areas, granite and tile in the 3 full bathrooms, all tie into the Baja feel. The three flat screen TV's have cable connected to US channels. Sit out on the large furnished terrace and enjoy the sites and sounds of the Sea of Cortez and Land's End. This 2200 square foot villa has everything you need to make your vacation fabulous!

We just fell in love with Cabo and Villa La Estancia is a wonderful place to stay. Our first visit was in Oct. '07 and we enjoyed ourselves so much we became partners. The villa is beautiful and the service and food is top notch. You won't be disappointed!
