This home is located in the Private Gray Eagle Complex and offers a full kitchen and dining area, and WiFi throughout. The comfortable living room has a TV, DVD, stereo and gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed with TV & DVD, private bath & Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen with TV & DVD and private bath. The third bedroom has two twins, a roll away in the closet, TV & DVD and a bath. All mattresses are pillow top. Linens are of superior quality with high thread count. Maid Service and daily linen change are available as an option.
Designer shops, restaurants, and the famous Schaat's Bakery are across the street and walking distance from the Town home.
Gray Eagle is one half mile from the new Village at Mammoth with shopping, restaurants and entertainment year round. There is a new Gondola with access to the Canyon Lodge and ski areas. The Red Line Shuttle stops in front of the unit with access to everything
Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort: Ski Mammoth Mountain with the best-rated Skiing and Snowboarding in North America, with 3500 acres of skiable terrain, 29 lifts, and a 3000' vertical drop.

Our Shuttle Stop is right in front of our unit. The Redline shuttle takes you to the New Village in minutes for Gondola Access to Canyon Lodge and Lifts. The Main Mountain is also accessible with more lifts and a Mountain Gondola to the very top of Mammoth.
Summer in the Sierras: Mammoth Lakes provide easy access to hiking trails, lakes, fishing, boating, and biking. There are fishing schools and guides to some of the finest stream and lake fishing in the Sierras. Horseback trips, pack trips, and overnight camping trips can be arranged with local guides and pack stations.
The Main Lodge at Mammoth has a Mountain Bike Park and Gondola access to the mountain.
There is a climbing school, zip line, and access to the back country with scheduled bus and hiking guides.
Yosemite National Park is just 38 miles away with the beautiful Tioga Pass and Tuolomne Meadows.

5 adults spent 4 nights in this very accommodating Townhouse. It was comfortable and had all the amenities needed, the hot tub was great as well as having a garage and 3 baths. It was very clean, our bed was extremely comfy, there were lots of good cooking utensils. I’d loved that the Jacuzzi is on the balcony and that it is walking distance to the village. – Marti G. The townhome was perfect...great location with great amenities! The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and necessary spices. The Jacuzzi on the deck was a HUGE plus and I love that it's walking distance to the gondola and didn't have to drive around. A deposit of 50% to hold the Town Home stay. The balance to be paid 2 weeks in advance. Full refunds, exclusive of Holiday Rentals, will be given with advance notice of 2 weeks. 50% refund with a one week advance notice. No refunds for less than a week's notice.

About the owner: We are Mammoth Mountain Enthusiasts. Having visited Mammoth for 35 years, we have invested in a town home that provides year round Mountain comfort for our family and guests.
Why the Owner Chose Other Mammoth Lakes Properties:
Excellent access to all Mammoth Mountain's opportunities. In the Winter, our most popular Season, there are ski lifts just minutes away from our town home. In the Summer, golf, tennis, hiking, biking, fishing, and horseback riding are easily available by public transportation. Mammoth is just 5 hours north of LA with 4 lane highways most of the way. There are frequent flights to Mammoth/Yosemite airport from LA, Orange County and San Diego.
