Located on the 3rd hole and 4th tee/fairway at Sandpiper Bay Golf & Country Club, a beautiful, quiet, neighborhood only minutes from the beach, and short walk to 2 outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, & tennis court. The interior is clean and spacious with cathedral ceilings, sectional sofa, leather recliner, and screened porch. Special amenities not found in hotels or other area condos include: 42' LCD HDTV (living room), 32' LCD HDTV (master bedroom), 20' LCD TV (bedroom), and each has a DVD player, Sony stereo receiver w/iPod dock/charger, XBOX video game system w/ games, computer, printer/fax/copier/ scanner, free high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, 2 tennis racquets/balls, full-size kitchen w/ dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, dinnerware, bakeware, etc., 2 full baths w/ hair-dryer, towels, & soap. Don't pay more to stay in a small, busy hotel room. Stay here instead!!

Kevin Reed's condo in Sunset Village, Sandpiper Development in Sunset Beach, NC is by far, one of the nicest condos I have ever rented! It was completely furnished, so comfortable and provided you with all the comforts of home. Kevin is a great owner to work with and is readily available to answer any of your questions. His condo was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you choose to stay at Sunset Village and rent this condo, you have everything you want from swimming pools, golfing, and a beautiful beach 3.5 miles away. I look forward to renting this condo again on my next return trip. The condo was very clean and well equipped. It had comfortable furniture with excellent mattresses. We were amazed how organized & the cleanliness of the condo. Essentials needed for the week far exceeded what we expected.Everything was well stocked and we realy did not need to bring anything with us. Suset Village @ Sandpiper Bay is a great place to stay, especially at Kevins condo. The area is tranquil, Sunset Beach is a great family beach only minutes away. Shopping, golf and awsome restaurants. Kevin is very nice & efficient to deal with. Responds quickly to any questions you may have regarding your stay. We definately will rent from Kevin next year. This was the third year my golfing buddies and I have stayed at Sunset Escape. From the moment you walk in the front door you'll feel relaxed. This condo is well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the back porch, which overlooks the third hole of Sandpiper Bay Golf Course are fantastic. A great place to have your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. After a hard day on the golf course, we head for the hot tub which is only a few condos away. We are all Seniors so we don't cook very much. There are plenty of great resturants in the area or if you choose you could head south toward Myrtle Beach. Kevin is a great host and very easy to deal with. This condo and the entire area are gorgeous! The listing was described perfectly - you have to experience it for yourself to really appreciate it. We wanted to stay someplace that was close to Myrtle Beach but not right in the thick of the traffic and people and this place was perfect for us. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants, the beach and just a short drive to Myrtle Beach. It was clean and very well maintained. We truly needed nothing except groceries - they even provided paper products, dish soap, laundry soap and more. Kevin is a wonderful owner to deal with and I have absolutely no complaints - other than I wish it was my home! We had to leave early due to a family emergency but he was very understanding and worked with us over the phone to make sure everything would be closed up and taken care of when we left. We brought our dog - the facilty is dog friendly - just be sure to keep them on a leash as we saw two alligators and tons of turtles in the water behind this condo. The views are amazing and peaceful, the pools were nice and clean and the neighbors were very friendly. I would totally recommend this condo to family and friends - especially anyone who loves to golf as you can see the tees right from the deck. The public beach is not far and it was very clean and not too crowded even though we went for the 4th of July. We also enjoyed a dolphin watching tour and lots of good food from the local restaurants. The new bridge will definately help with the traffic flow. We truly had a wonderful time. Well worth the price for sure - I couldn't believe all the ammenities for the rental price. Money well spent!Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Home Away's website was bang on!!! This condo was absolutely beautiful. It is kept spotless, so very clean! Very modern , with all the ammenities you could ask for. Close to grocery shopping, great restaurants, the beach and a short drive to Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend this condo for your vacation. And the price was right too! The owner is great to deal with when setting up your stay and provides great info, not only on the property but the Sunset beach area as well. I was very happy and will be looking to return next year!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach:
My wife and I fell in love with Sunset Beach the very first time we visited. The area is family-friendly, it is never too crowded, and the people are very friendly. We have been to several other beaches, but when we are at Sunset Beach, it feels like home. Before purchasing this condo, my wife and I looked at several condos and homes in the area, but Sunset Village/Sandpiper Bay was our first choice. We looked at many condos that were for sale in Sunset Village, but chose this one since it has the largest floor plan, and the best water and golf course views. There are water views from every room in the house, even the kitchen!
