This was the first time my husband and I stayed in a home instead of a condo for our vacation. Since we are considering a move to Florida we did it to see what it would be like to live in a neighborhood as oppossed to a tourist area. Palm Harbor is definitely the place to be. Everything was pretty much close by and you felt safe like you would in your own home. The house and amenities were exactly as listed in the description. I probabably brought more than I needed to. Kelley and Robbie were very accommodating, helpful and available when needed. A great couple. I would highly recommend this property for any family type or any age range. They won't be disappointed.

The property felt like the owners were away & we were house-sitting. Everything needed was there & if it wasn't, Kelly & Robbie made sure it would be! Very comfortable in a nice neighborhood. Downtown Dunedin a great place to walk around. No shortages of nearby things to do...Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs sponge docks, Pinellas trail. Dunedin Brewery close by serving their own beer & great fish tacos. Ozona Blue nice nearby restaurant. Shared house with our 2 sons & thier wives & had plenty of space.

It was our first trip to Palm Harbor and I had done a lot of looking on the internet for a nice family friendly home in a residential neighborhood. This home was everything I had hoped it would be. It was very clean and well maintained and had everything that we needed for a great week. It was nice to go to the beach or Orlando, then leave behind all of the madness and come back to a nice quiet, spacious home. The entire house was well equipped including the lanai with many chairs, pool toys, a barbecue grill, and a television. The lanai has awesome and it was nice to relax in the shade as the kids played in the pool. We truly had everything that we needed. The property description and photos were very accurate. The owner was friendly and very easy to work with. Our flight arrived very late in the evening and that was not a problem, the owner was extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this property. The home was very comfortable and truly felt like a 'home away from home' for my family!

We looked at the sites found this GREAT home we were there for 3 weeks , The house was like it was ours,We even cooked on the Grill. The house was clean we enjoyed the pool it was a great time had by the whole Family , We have two sons who are Autistic and the house was so kid friendly and secured we loved it . Kelly and Robbie the owners are AWESOME to work with I would profoundly say rent from them . Thank you for a great time see you in December and we will be back next year same time same channel

Family Vacation

The house was fantastic and suited our needs perfectly! The listing was absolutely accurate and the owners could not have been more helpful or gracious. It was a wonderful experience from the time I booked to when we, regretfully, checked out. It was very clean and spacious. My kids especially loved the pool! We could not get them out of it most days! I would definitely book this house again if we are to return to this area. It was close to Clearwater beach and we would often make a trip down there even if it were for a few hours. I loved that we were that close to the beach. Shopping was very close by as well as great restaurants. We went to breakfast at a small, family-owned restaurant called Emily's Family Restaurant. It was a fantastic breakfast and the customer service was superb! I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It was a wonderfully, relaxing week! We owe a big thank you to the owners!

We found this home absolutely perfect for our family holiday. Clean with nice furniture, no chintz. Plenty of space, great pool. Full facilities. A short walk from a supermarket and yoghurt parlour. Central for all sorts of exciting activities and very pleasant and helpful owners who helped us out in our hour of need. I really recommend this place. We thought it was lovely and have many happy memories of our time here. It's big, spacious and well loved. Owners were happy to sort things out very quickly to ensure we were happy. Highlights: clean, spacious, pool, comfort, friendly owners, location, yoghurt parlour.

Summer Paradise

This was our second trip to the area and the second time in this house. What a great place! Centrally located with easy access to shopping, biking, and nature trails, and even easier access to the home's pool! It was great to sleep late, take a swim and catch some rays then relax in the shade of the home's lanai. The owners are super and easy to work with. We can't wait until our next visit; this place is truly our home away from home!

We enjoyed our visit at this fine home. The house is close to The Pinellas Trail, restaurants and shopping. I loved the fact that there were sidewalks everywhere so that we could safely walk or bike wherever we wanted to go. The owners are very kind; we enjoyed ourselves so much that we are returning this summer for a visit.

Having experienced Orlando, we opted for a quieter family holiday exploring the natural beauty of Florida and its spectacular beaches. We were not disappointed! The accommodation was located in a quiet residential area. On our arrival we found it very clean and equipped with everything you could need. We made extensive use of the pool, bar-b-q and outdoor music, all enclosed within the lanai. Palm Harbor was authentic and very welcoming, with a selection of bars/grills. For a crazy time you could try Billy's Burger Shack or alternatively try the Thirsty Marlin for a delicious grouper sandwich. Honeymoon Island, a must visit, was only minutes away by car and for us was the best beach we found in the area. Kayaking was an experience all of the family enjoyed, especially when dolphins made a very close appearance. The owners were incredibly accommodating and paid much attention to detail to ensure we had a fantastic holiday.

Excellant! Spent more than one month at this home and it was like our home away from home. Spacious rooms and the listing accurately describes this house. The house was clean and well maintained with all the listed amenities as indicated in the photos provided. The owners ensured that we had all the information required in their welcome booklet and we had no questions or concerns that had to be answered while we were there. We had come down to watch Spring Training with our home park in Dunedin and found the location to be just great to get to the park and to the other parks in the area. Great crab feast at Eddies in Dunedin and super restaurants in the area. We did spend a lot of time cooking at home and we used the barbeque extensively. Grocery stores very close and Sweetbay was a short walk away. We had a great time and would recommend this property to all friends and relatives. Thanks Kelley

This house was the perfect setting for our family trip to Palm Harbor. The house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The home is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood close to shopping and many visitor sites in the area. The covered lanai and pool areas were the perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktails, and turned into the favorite gathering spot for my family. The house could not have been more perfect. It was nice to meet Kelley and Robbie and they were very easy to work with. We had a fabulous and relaxing family visit and would definitely stay again.
