Lake and mountain views, warm fall colors and many windows welcome you to this lovely 2500 square foot, elegantly decorated, fully carpeted, comfortable home on a lovely, residential cul-de-sac. The two-car garage, flat entry and extra-large Jacuzzi (can hold 4!) are great in winter, while the deck with a BBQ set is wonderful all year. We're next to the Trent Jones Mountain Golf Course and just minutes from the lake and closest ski area. Our rates are the best!

The cathedral-ceiling living room features a great view of the mountains and peek of the lake, a natural wood fireplace, a wet-bar , cable TV with surround sound, DVD, VCR, and CD. It leads to the deck for evening barbecues and cocktails. The full kitchen has everything from icemaker to turkey pan to sugar, flour, spices and dried goods.....but you bring the cook.....or enjoy the many Tahoe restaurants.

This sunny, well-kept, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome is a great place for one to two families or up to four couples! The bedrooms are on 3 separate levels, each with a TV and bath, great for PRIVACY & SPACE. We have 1 king, 2 queen, 2 twin beds, & 1 port-a-crib. The home is very clean and well supplied.

Lots of extra touches: warm-colored wool carpeting, lovely pictures & decorations, flannel sheets in winter, sun umbrella and outdoor heater in summer, dry wood for the fireplace, etc. Make this your home away from home. Just bring your smile and toothbrush!

Located 35-45 minutes from Reno Airport, 2 miles from Lake Tahoe and right next to Mountain Golf Course. Ponderosa pines and a small meadow with running brook as well as a forest preserve lot next door provide serenity and privacy while you enjoy Tahoe's many offerings.

There are 13 Tahoe ski areas within 5 to 60 minutes, incl. Squaw Valley & Heavenly Valley. Incline Village boasts of its own Diamond Peak with superb lake views. Mt. Rose and Northstar are only minutes away. Winter and year-round activities abound: skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, water sports, paddlewheelers, outdoor Shakespearean theatre at Sand Harbor, horseback riding, wilderness trails and camping, antique car & wooden boat shows, airplane shows and races, river rafting, mountain climbing, outdoor dining, cool summer evenings, and no mosquitoes!
