Our beautifully remodeled one bedroom condo has an additional sleeping area off of the living room which is equipped with a twin size bed. The upper loft type bedroom is large with a double bed. The living room has a futon which is also a double.
The kitchen, with slab granite counter and custom cabinetry is equipped with a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, full size gas stove and range-top. There is a gas fireplace which also serves as the heat for the unit. In addition there is a balcony with wooded and meadow views.
Access is very easy off of Highway 267. We are about 5 miles south of the Northstar Ski area with all of the North Lake and Truckee ski areas within easy driving distance. We are also about 1 mile from the shores of Lake Tahoe and the public beaches along the North Shore. We are also close to Nevada's casinos in Crystal Bay with other attractions, winter and summer right out the door!
