Fantastic condo in Eden, Utah

We stayed at Henry's condo in Eden, Utah for the 2013 collegiate national road cycling championships, and the condo was absolutely perfect for us (we were 8). Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen (we made excellent use of the Vitamix blender!), plenty of bathrooms & laundry facilities, good lounging space. Everything was as promised, if not better. In terms of location, it is minutes away from the well-stocked Valley Market & an sporting goods/bike shop which we also paid several visits to. The views are stunning, and Henry was an amazing host: very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

This is a great place! We absolutely loved it. Sort of the best of both worlds. My husband is the skier, and I am more of a runner. He was close to the slopes, and I was close to the valley....each near the "trails," of our choice. The place was clean, modern, comfortable, attractive. Well apppinted, but not over the top. We will go back!

We had such a great time at this vrbo. It is comfortable, clean and close to the slopes. There were three of us and although the condo is capable of occupying more, this was just perfect for myself, my sister and my son. My son was able to have his own ensuite which made life more enjoyable for all. Henry will bend over backwards for you if you have any concerns. I highly recommend skiing/snowboarding at Powder Mountain. It is no frills, but so fun. We dined at Harvey and buck's twice - best food but not inexpensive. There is a grocery store right on the corner and the condo is equipped enough to make dinners and save some cash so you can afford a night out at H&B's!

we have been to powder mountain and stayed in the moose hollow complex for 3 years. this is by far the best unit we've been in. the layout is great with the bedrooms upstairs and two living rooms downstairs, both with televisions. great for the family that wants to view multiple programs and relax after a long day of POWDER. cooking utensils were very good. unit was clean and well appointed. highly recommend this unit.

Great condo!

Just spent a week at PowderCondo and had a great time. I have stayed at several Moose Hollow condos but this one is head and shoulders above the rest. 1. Henri is very responsive and does everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. He even had an open day before we arrived and offered it to us at no charge. 2. The place is huge and very comfortable. A dining table for 4, then 4 more places on the kitchen peninsula. A big couch an easy chair that was very comfortable. 3. The kitchen is very well equiped. One of the guys on our ski trip is a professional chef and he was very impressed with the appliances and equipment. 4. The bus stops right out the front door and the jacuzzi is right out the back door. 5. On a sunny afternoon you can sit out on the deck and enjoy happy hour sitting in the sun with a great view of Wolf Mountain. I will be back in 6 weeks to the PowderCondo for some more pow!

Great Condo + Great Utah Snow = Great Family Vactation!

We get to go snow skiing only once a year, so when we go it is really important to "make it count" and we really scored when we stayed a week at the Powder Condo recently! Not only was the Condo an accurate reflection of the description, the Condo owner went out of his way before, during and after our stay in an effort to maximze our trip. From helping us get a couple of items worked out in our Condo to recommending a great Ski Instructor to help get our 9 year old up and running in one day - this owner cares about this property and those who stay in it. We will be back for another Winter Vacation, but we would also like to come back in the summer as I believe the Valley would be just beautiful. We skied multiple venues while we were there, but I have to say the biggest "bang for the buck" can be found right up the road at Powder Mountain. “Pow Mow” as the locals call it is not much for amenities, but when they have fresh snow, the skiing, the views and 7,000 acres of playground are just glorious!...We will refer and we hope to be back soon!

Powder Condo is by far my favorite place to stay. Everything about the condo is comfortable from the well equipped kitchen with gas range to the pots/pans to the double ovens. The beds as advertised are extra comfortable especially after a hard day on the mountain. We had 6 in our party with room to spare and it is centrally located to all the things we like to do while we are there. It is especially clean and I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I'm in Utah. Thanks again Henry for a great vacation.

Clean, comfy and convenient

We loved our stay over Christmas - 3 adults, 1 child. The condo is well furnished & comfortable, conveniently located for grocery store and 10-15 drive up to Powder Mountain for perfect powder skiing. The bedrooms are well set-up for 2 couples, each with own bathroom & laundry - note that 3rd bedroom has access to full bath only via one of the other bedrooms and kitchen table seats 4.

Great condo! It was spacious for our family of four (but could easily accommodate twice as many people with its three bathrooms. Henry is great at making sure everything is just right for a great ski vacation. If you are sick of the crowds and pompousness at Park City & Deer Valley - you will love the peaceful Eden Valley. Powder Mountain is ten minutes up the mountain & the snow this year is spectacular! It is a ski purists dream. Wolf Mointain is 10mins away and great for young children just learning to ski (and very reasonable!). SnowBasin is about 20 minutes away and has one of the most spectacular lodges in Utah. Powder Condo at Moose Hollow has everything you want: comfort, luxury, reliable Internet access, the convenience of 1.5hrs from Salt Lake International, ski shuttle & a nearby grocery store. Take a step out of your box & go to Eden for a great ski vacation.

Awesome Condo!

My family stayed at Powder Condo this last weekend and it was exactly as advertised, if not better. It was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. The three bedrooms worked out great for my wife and I, our three young kids and my parents. We stayed upstairs in the master suite with our kids across the hall in the bedroom with two full beds and my parents downstairs in the second master suite. The condo amenities were very nice, granite counter tops, leather furniture, two flat screen TV with blue ray and a very nice outdoor pool. We were close to Pineview Reservoir and spent Friday and Saturday boating and playing on the beach. The kids also had a great time at the pool which was a short walk from the condo. The owner, Henry, was great to work with and offered the condo at an amazing rate. We are already looking at our schedule to plan a winter trip to the condo to do some snowboarding at Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. The only suggestion I would have is if you are planning on barbequing make sure and take charcoal. For some reason I was thinking the BBQ would be gas, but it wasn't. Luckily someone had just finished barbequing and left their hot briquettes on the barbeque for us to use. Romantic Getaway!!!

My husband and I wanted to keep our honeymoon a bit more local without being too close to home. We came from Salt Lake, and MooseHollow was the perfect escape! The unit is BEAUTIFUL!!!! and you have a jetted-tub for bubble bathing! And there are plenty of fireplaces for that firelight feel! Location is excellent! I had always wanted the cabin in the woods experience for our honeymoon. During our time there (end of May) my husband and I got the best of both worlds as it stormed for the first few days. We were able to enjoy snow at the Powder Mountain resort and then go swimming in the Pineview Reservoir just a few days later. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails in the area. Henry, the owner, has good connections with the local outdoors store, and they'll help you have a good time around the mountains. There is also an adorable spa in downtown Eden. My husband and I went there for massages! I highly recommend it! Overall, our time was wonderful! Henry was especially helpful and available when we had troubles figuring out the jetted tub. The unit was so big that we didn't realized there was a third bedroom until a few days into our trip!!!! I have only good things to say about Henry, the unit, and Eden! Its worth your visit! And an exceptional value for your experience!

My son Kyle made it to the Dew Tour in Utah and we needed a last minute place to stay, and they came through for us. It is a beautiful, comfortable and cozy place to stay. After being on a snow hill all day, you come back to this cozy condo and you feel like your at home. It was awsome and I know we will be back next year!!!!

Great location. We skied Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Both were easy to get to from this condo. Easy access to stores and downtown Ogden. Condo was very clean and well appointed. The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of tips about the area that we were able to use and save money. We had a blast and plan on returning in the future.

Nice condo,very clean, and great location. Had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. The owner was very helpful and answered every question we had. Powder mnt. only ten min. away and snowbasin about 20. Parkcity was about one hour and fifteen min. drive with three other world class resorts and mega shopping and nightlife. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great family or friends vacation.

Thanks Henry for renting out your great condo. It was everything you said it was and the location was terrific; 10 minutes from Powder Mountain and no more than double that to Snowbasin. The overall space was abundant for the four of us and very well kept up. The beds were awesome and it was great having three bathrooms. We used the hot tub on the last day and realized it should have been part of our daily post skiing routine. Lastly, the living room furniture was soooo comfortable. I'm sure we could never have skied as hard as we did every day if it wasn't for the great relaxation we enjoyed at your well furnished and extremely comfortabe condo. Thanks again!

Awesome Time!

The four of us stayed at the condo near Powder Mountain. It was about 7-12 minute drive up to the mountain depending on conditions. The condo itself is pretty awesome. HDTV with satalite. Wireless Internet. Wide open kitchen and living room. One night we ordered pizza another night we cooked in. All and all a great time and when we come back to Powder Mountain we will be staying here.

Great ski condo!

Very roomy and comfortable place with great beds. It has a western exposure with beautiful sunsets and we sat out on the deck for happy hour several times in January and it was beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen and island area to eat as well as a full dining table. 2 sets of washer/dryers. And there is a game room that can be used and you are only steps away from the hot tub. Owner makes rental very easy.

I was staying in this condo for 6 days and it was exactly as described. Great Gourmet Kitchen with all the amenities that are needed. 2 Laundry Rooms are perfect if you stay with more people. The bedrooms are equipped with more than comfortable beds, very luxorious, and the extra fire place in the master bedroom is a nice treat. All in all I can highly recommend the condo and the owner is very pleasant to deal with. I will definetly stay again. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Best Rental Experience Ever

Before we even arrived in Eden, we were more than pleased to be renting Powder Condo. The owner went above and beyond in giving us information about the area, helping us find good rates on lift tickets and rental cars, and creating a custom experience for us. Once arriving at the property we found it to exceed our expectations substantially. The kitchen was well equipped, which made a big difference to a bunch of foodies. The living room has really nice furniture, which made it feel more like a home than a rental property. After a long day on the slopes, being able to recline on a comfy couch and watch a movie (nice collection by the way) on a large tv screen was awesome. Compared to the other properties we considered, Powder Condo had a lot more to offer. The bedrooms were super comfortable, and well appointed. Details like an extra water heater (double capacity) and an additional washer/dryer made a big difference when we were trying to take a bunch of showers and wash laundry at the same time. It took 30 seconds to walk to the hot tub.... I mean how much better could it get? We booked our trip because of the snow... which was short this year... but had a great time because we had a such a comfortable and luxurious place to stay. We will definitely be renting again, and absolutely recommend Powder Condo to anyone families/friends who are going to be staying in the area. Thank you Henry!!!

This is our third time to stay in Eden and the second time to stay at Henry's place. We had a great time as usual even though the snow was a little thin. One thing that is a constant is the service and attention you receive from the owner. If you want a great place to stay with some of the best beds around then powder condo is the place. warm, exceptionally clean with new,stylish furniture. Owners informative and easy to work with. Hot tub a little hike away, but worth it after a hard day's skiing at Powder Mountain or Snowbasis. Would definitely stay there again. Ideal for two couples or a family with 2-4 kids.

The "Powder Condo" was great. Everything we were looking for. The hottub was mere steps away from the condo which made it very easy for extra cocktails. Henry was great to work with, calling us to make sure we got in and found everything OK. Can't wait to go back and stay at the Powder Condo.

Perfect in every way!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Henry's sister's condo (a different condo to Henry's but with an extremely similar fitout and in the same complex) for 3 weeks this winter season. Both the condo, and Henry's assistance with organisation of the trip was perfect. I simply cannot fault my stay. Every detail was thought of and the condo was truly magnificent. After 3 weeks it was beginning to feel like home, and we were extremely sad to leave. Get to Eden - it's truly a perfect little town, and Henry's just the man to help sort you out.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was everything that it was advertised to be. It is in a great location with convenient access to Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. The unit has a fantastic view of the mountains. It is clean, comfortable, well maintained and very well equipped. Even in spite of some challenging weather conditions, I had a great time spending time at Powder Condo with my two teenage kids. The owner was extremely helpful with all aspects of the rental. On arrival, I had to wake him up in the middle of the night (east coast time) because the cleaning crew inadvertently locked the deadbolt to the front door. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and get us inside to bed. I would recommend this condo to my friends or family who are looking for a low-key, relaxing, winter mountain vacation. We drove down into Ogden, which is a very nice town with a good selections of restaurants and entertainment. Powder Mountain and Snowbasin could not be more different, but each were enjoyable in their own way. Five stars all around...

Thank you Henry! Your condo was so comfortable and well equipped... we enjoyed it immensely! Everything we needed and more. Very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We loved skiing at both mountains, but all agreed that Powder was our favorite - it is so beautiful and everything we heard about making fresh tracks was true. The entire valley was breathtaking and the ride to either mountain never failed to disappoint- I was not sure about having to drive to each mountain, but it actually was a treat. FYI - we did the snowmobiling one day through Rec Club - out in Cache National Forest - so much fun and again, the ride out there was worth the price of admission.

I visited the property with my family over the holidays and had an amazing time! The property owners were exceedingly easy to work with and provided many great suggestions to help make the most of our stay in Eden! If you haven't yet visited Eden is truly a hidden gem with many fun family activities both for the winter and seemingly equally so in the summer. Our first time ever to visit Utah and What a place. We truly enjoyed our stay and the Condo was outfitted with everything we needed. We cooked nearly every meal and the double ovens were perfect. We are hoping to head back spring break Powder Mountain was AWESOME.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed relaxing in your comfortable Condo. The views of all the snow were great. Just wish we had been able to stay longer.When booking this getaway I did not realize that it was for superbowl weekend, but you had the HD TV & DVR so we were still able to enjoy. Thanks for sharing PowderCondo with those of us who can't afford a place of our own in the ski paradise that is Utah.

The condo was wonderful.It had everything we needed and the beds were awesome. My family loved the DVD collection and had a very relaxing time. We loved the fact it was close to both Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. We would definitely recommend PowderCondo to anyone who is wanting a great place to stay in the Ogden area.

I really don't want to tell people how great this place is because we'd love to keep this gem a secret! Powder Condo is in a perfect location and in the hands of a top-notch owner. Minutes to Powder Mt and Snow Basin. Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed the tranquility of Moose Hollow condos, it's closeness to resorts and to the local town. My daughters now know there is nothing finer then Utah snow and expect to hear about our return trips here. Take advantage of the discount day tickets to both Powder and Snow Basin at Diamond Peak Rentals. Great place for rentals as well. If you're a diehard day/night skier, take advantage of Costco's 2-day/night tickets for a total of $99 for the 2 day pass. 25th Street in Odgen is worth the trip for some really great dining. The people EVERYWHERE couldn't have been nicer. With the help of one waiter we were able to locate the hidden liquor store in Odgen. Another example...when we arrived at Powder Mt at 11:30 with our day tickets, the ticket window upgraded us to day/night! Now matter how far you have to travel...Powder Condo is worth the journey.

To our pleasant surprise, the condo was better than the pictures and your description. Coming from Texas and seeing the mountains from nearly every window view of your condo was breath taking; immediately put us in that vacation mind set. The kids had never skied before so we took them to Wolf Mt, only 5-10 minutes away (actually you can see the ski runs from the condo). The whole ski package was very affordable and the perfect place to get them started. After mastering Wolf Mt, we went to Snow Basin. In addition to skiing, we went snowmobiling and sightseeing. But at the end of each day it was great to come back to the condo and those wonderful beds. The evenings had good family time with the movies and talk of the day's activities. My wife was very pleased the kitchen had everything we need. We'll definitely be back and recommend Powder Condo to our friend and family. Thanks again Henry for your hospitality.

Powder Condo was a fantastic place to stay, but I had some reluctance in writing a review because I would hate to see it booked to other parties next year! My wife and I have skied at a multitude of resorts all over North America, and the on mountain experience provided by a stay at Powder Condo is unparalleled. They hype we heard was warranted. During our stay we skied untracked lines of powder inbounds at Powder Mountain for five days following a storm. The day after, we skied in vests at Snowbasin (you can ski most of the mountain off of gondolas) and had our pick of seats in one of the opulent cafeterias. The location of powder condo offers the most equal approach to the two different resorts, and the commute times were true to those published, at 15 and 20 minutes to Powder Mountain and Snowbasin respectively. The condo itself also exceeded our expectations. Everything at Powder Condo is in great shape, from the leather furniture to the fantastic beds, to the new appliances. We were traveling with family, and when I told my brother the total inclusive cost, he thought it would have been a fair price for EACH person in our party. We especially appreciated the high-end kitchen ware for the nights we cooking in, and the DVR so that we could record a football game and then watch them on the large HD screen after our ski day. This is a ski vacation experience not to be missed.

We loved the space, so convenient to the ski resorts, grocery store, coffee shop, & restaurants. Henry was very professional and everything stated in the ad was exactly as we expected. Comfortable, Stylish and Modern. Everyone was happy. I especially loved the decor, from the snowboard bench outside the door to the beautiful Brazilian wood tables. Loved it! Thanks Henry!

The PowederCondo was great! We enjoyed a spring weekend in the Beautiful Eden Valley. Winter or Summer, you can't find a better place to stay and enjoy time with friends and family than at the PowderCondo. Can't wait to come again!

“Henry – what a great place! Easy to find, everything you need right down the street and minutes from Snow Basin and Powder Mountain.You're help in orienting us to the area and where to go and what our options were was fabulous for we were first timers to Utah! As advertised the beds are fabulous -even the boys commented on them :O What a welcome relief from a hard day on the slopes. The local market has everything you could need and the nearby restaurants are great. We came in early April and conditions at the hills were still very good with nobody on the slopes. Some of the runs at Snow Basin were empty from top to bottom – paradise for season ending runs. The condo is very spacious and extremely comfortable. Loved the ski locker on the main level! We had a great time and for once “truth in advertising” prevailed – your place is as perfect as advertised:)Hope to revisit next year!

Henry AS Always Eden is our favorite ski getaway. 3 - 4 feet of snow the last week of March is incredible and we enjoyed every second of it. Accomodations were outstanding and the condo's better than ever. I only hope we can make it out twice next year.

Henry, our stay at powder condo was great. The beautifully equipped kitchen and bar area was perfect at meal time for our family of eight. We had a great time wacthing movies on the big Sony flat screen. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We especially liked the convenience of having two washer and dryer units. With Wolf Mtn,Powder Mtn. and Snowbasin only minutes away there is fun for all levels of skiers and snowboard riders. Henry, Thanks for all your help. We look forward to returning next year. Henry, As I expected, Powder Condo is destination numero' uno when it comes to taking in all Utah has to offer. Man, what a killer location and setup for slaying the mountains. We cooked up some entrees to last the week in that Martha Stewart style kitchen you have, fired up the fireplace, and broke open a nice bottle of Amarone! It was nice to warm the joints in the hot tub after exhausting ourselves at Snowbasin and enjoy the company of some of the neighbors who had been up to the same. The Ritz Carlton beds made it tough to get up in the morning but oh' so nice to drift off into La'La' Land. Everything, and I mean everything, was just first rate. (and I love that annual 'Ski Anywhere' pass. Nice bonus!) Thanks so much for your generosity in allowing us the pleasure of staying at PC. To quote our favorite California governor "I'll be back!" Cheers to you my friend.

Henry – wow – we loved Powder Condo! We are avid skiers and have literally traveled the world for the ultimate ski/snow experiences. The skiing was awesome, and your condo was definitely the most deluxe and thoughtfully put together unit we’ve enjoyed thus far. We had such a memorable visit: great snow, gorgeous views, kind and laid-back people. After several hard days of skiing, we especially appreciated coming back to our comfy digs to relax and enjoy being able to cook our meals in Powder Condo’s beautiful and well-stocked gourmet kitchen. The Ritz Carlton beds were a godsend to sleep in. We have a young son who constantly wakes in the middle of the night at home, but he did not bother us once during our stay – sleeping through the night, he must have appreciated the fine beds as well! Most of all, we were very touched by how knowledgeable you are about the area, and how you care about your guests enjoying their time in Eden. The babysitter you recommended was fun and as sweet as can be. Your restaurant sugggestions were excellent too, and it was nice being able to review the multiple guest brochures that are available in the condo.Thanks for such a great stay. WOW!!!!!!! What a great condo with incredible views of the snow capped mountain range and Wolf Mountain Night Skiing "all lit up" The amenities in the condo were first rate (flat screens, CD collection, Bose Wave Radios, whirlpool tubs, and on, and on..) The skiing was world class with 2" of dry fresh powder to start and a mountain full of knee deep “freshies” to close out the trip!! I know I'll be back soon, hope to see you there!!

Henry, our family vacation to the winter wonderland of Eden, UT was enhanced by our stay in your perfect condo. Everything we needed for living the life of luxury was provided in your condo. We had restful sleep in the comfy beds, we had delicious meals that we cooked in the fully equipped kitchen with the two ovens, we relaxed in warmth in front of the gas fireplaces in the living room and the master bedroom, we indulged ourselves with watching movies on the big screen, HD televisions and always had clean clothing thanks to your two washers and two dryers. Our extended family of 7 spent two weeks in your condo and never felt crowded, there was enough space for everyone to spread out. We greatly appreciated your personal efforts to make our Eden experience the best it could be with your tips and your maps and your written instructions on where to find ski rentals, a ski instructor, hiking trails, a medical clinic, the grocery store. Because you sent the written information and called us with additional guidance before we left home, we felt completely oriented and at home as soon as we arrived in Eden. Our trip to Eden was truly the best winter vacation we have ever experienced, thank you. We look forward to returning to your condo some summer to see what Eden looks like under all that snow.

The beautiful condo with wonderful views of the mountains was a relaxing vacation for our whole family. We hiked Powder and Snowbasin, swam everyday in the beautiful pool, and enjoyed the wonderfully equipped kitchen.

Thanks Henry, We had a wonderful time at the condo in Eden in July! It was beautifully furnished. This is not your typical rental! It was a pleasure sleeping in the super comfortable, fluffy feather beds! Cooking in the state of the art, fully equipped dream kitchen was an unexpected pleasure! It was so convenient being walking distance to the outdoor pool and picnic area. One morning, we watched hot air balloons take off and land right from the deck! We really enjoyed relaxing in the spacious, jetted tub after hiking all day! Thanks so much for making our vacation so special! I can't wait to return in the Fall!
